New in the area and signed up for 3-day passes. Received a lot of calls from this club to encourage us to try this club and use our 3-day passes. However, when we visit today, the front-desk refused us to use 3-day passes and asked us to buy the 1 month pass. Please do not contact your customer a couple of times a week if you don't really want to offer anything.

I closed my membership in October 2019 but stil getting recurring charged in November 2019 and Dec 2019. Called 24 hour office but they couldn't fix the issue. Then they redirected me to their billing department, called billing department and sent an email with details. But no response despite multiple follow ups.

This place is becoming unusable. Not sure why this is still a super sport. They stopped towel service, multiple machines are broken at any time and bathrooms are not clean.

GREEDY STAFF !! .. All they care about is making their money not allowing those who signed up for a guest pass to even enjoy or experience the amenities this gym includes....I signed up for a 3 day pass and missed one day came in and got cut off saying its has to be consecutive and all the operations manager kept saying you can work out if you sign up.....you want my money so bad but not even honor one day of a workout ? That is ridiculous.

The place seems good, but they have this policy of annual fee if exceeds three months. No one told this when I joined and also it was not deducted in the monthly cycle. The manager was very rude and did not allow me access even though I paid till January, nor will they reimburse for the days I had access and they did not allow.

This facility emailed me to inform that they are ending towel service to conserve water...even though the high fees we pay INCLUDE said service. They don't seem to be planning to lower fees...and now all of us members need to bring and wash our own towels on OUR dollar...adding additional costs to our workout routines. The fact they cite water conservation is a joke... being that thousands of members will have to wash their towels individually now...thus using exponentially greater volumes of water than 24hr fitness uses by combining all of their towels together in a much smaller number of washing machines, which would by far SAVE MORE WATER! The only saving they are doing is in dollars by eliminating some of their costs, while charging us the same fees as if they still provide the service. Looks like it's time for all of us to save costs too... by paying HALF the fees with Planet Fitness or another comparable gym. 24 Hr Fitness just lost THIS customer with their cheap business practices.

Two machines are usually broken daily. Bench Barbells are mixed up with the deadlift barbells. No one puts weights back. People are always lingering around you as you workout. The flow water machine if you subscribe is not working 80% of the time and staff members cant do anything about it "its third party supplier". They close the cash register around 9pm (can't buy protein drinks). The bathrooms are disgusting. Always smell terrible. Towel dryer is usually broken and soon no more towels will be offered.
