They gym itself is good. Billing however is horrible. On my birthday my card on file expired. I was out of town for a family Illness, I’m losing my motherMeanwhile this gym charges me $38 in late fees even when I updated my card once I returned. I was shocked that I had to pay $77 for the month with the “late” fees when I didn’t intend on being late and I updated my card on file before the end of the new monthPenalized pretty hefty and wasn’t going to leave off on my mother to update a gym membershipNice local gym but billing is very corporate vibeIn hindsight GB3 probably should be your choice for the area

Love Fort Washington. Being using them for years. Always clean and friendly. Only wish that they would bring back their childcare option.
