Overall good gym. Most people just do their thing without drama. Classes are good and most instructors do a good job.

Great atmosphere. Friendly employees. Equipment is always kept clean and functional. Never crowded. Head-over-heels above your typical gym experience.

This place is never overcrowded like the others around town and has a premium feel to it. My favorite part is the dark, cardio theater style.

The only reason why I gave them 2 is because the spin instructors are great! But everything else sucks. I went to GB3 now I have 5 gyms to use and half the price.

The gym is beautiful and well-equipped. There is a nice private area with cardio and weight equipment where it seems to be all women. I go for the classes primarily.. Barre is very similar to Bar method but with added cardio! Kendra, my favorite instructor, is so energetic and her classes are always both challenging and fun.

My family and I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with FWF. First and foremost, I feel safe at FWF and as a woman who has had previous bad experiences and felt preyed on at other gyms, that is pretty important to me. The staff at the front desk have been wonderful to me and gone out of their way to help me. The facility has a great ambiance, not cold and sterile like gyms can typically be. The classes are great. The gym equipment and bathrooms are always clean, and I see the establishment being cleaned very regularly. Lastly, the manager and staff are regularly implementing news regulations and trying different practices at the gym based on customer feedback in order to better customer experience. It is nice to see that FWF values their clientele and wants to provide a great experience! I highly recommend this gym, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

The facility and equipment is top notch, and clean. Machines are always open when I go, and the staff is friendly. No complaints from me.

Horrible. The business is run in a very unprofessional manner. BBB gives it rating of F. They sign a contract for one to month on renewal and deny cancelling your membership when you give them appropriate Notice in writing . They do not give you copy of your contract when you ask. They keep charging your checking account even after you give them notice in writing no to do so. I had to change my checking account.
