Facility is fine. Issues with billing are horrible. I cancelled my membership last year and can't get them to stop charging me. Not because of a contract issue because I was paying month to month. You can't talk to a person anymore, only emails...I am about to go talk to a lawyer. This place is ridiculous!!!
