Not a bad gym definitely not as crowded as gb3. the hours sucks on the weekends and Fridays. Friday they close at 9 sat/Sun they close at 7 which in my book, kinda wack

Best gym in town! Never to packed that you have to wit for a machine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym goers are kind and helpful. Great place to get that pump!

Since the new ownership took over they have ruined the gym. The bathrooms are filthy and poor ventilation.They have removed all towel dispensers and placed clean-ex out to dry hands and have one hand blow dryer and one trash can for entire bathroom. The wet sauna is so filthy and smells so bad you don't even want to go inside. The dry sauna is never washed out and has exposed electrical coming out the wall. The dumbbell racks are missing considerable amounts of weights that have been broken and never replaced, The cardio equipment is old and worn out, broken handles and broken plastic on most of them and large amounts are out of order. Music is loud and aggressive rap and not targeting the demographic. Staff turnover is excessive, they have had 4 managers fired in last 6 months and maybe 2 staff who have been there over 5 months, Current manager is not friendly at all, no eye contact, never says hello or goodbye , never remembers names despite the low number of members and the fact I'm there 5 days a week. They stopped locker rental and long term use and they are day use only so you cannot leave your gym items at the gym. Showers are absolutely disgusting , water stained, stink, always garbage in them. They painted the gym prison grey and black, it drab and unappealing. The evening hours are inconvenient closing on Fridays at 9PM and Sat and Sun at 7PM. There is no doubt the other reviews here are fake or been posted by ownership. Same owner as Fitness Republic $10 gyms who just changed their name to Valley Fitness because of poor reputation. They market this gym as a concierge gym however it is the opposite it is run down, poorly managed, unclean with old equipment, bad music. Now they are selling add on services like red light that are free at other local gyms, the marketing material looks like a 12 year old made. Employees said last month had 50 cancellations and 5 signups . It seems like they are almost intentionally trying to run off the members, but its very clear ownership is struggling and does not know how to operate a Fitness club properly. Its sad because before it was a nice alternative to GB3 for high end older demographic, now its a dump. I cannot think it will be open much longer.... Honest and Truthful review

Honestly the best gym Fresno has to offer.I was in the process of looking for a new gym and tried multiple gyms in Fresno before coming here. They have a FREE week pass to let you try it out and you won’t be disappointed.It’s clean, low key, and the staff makes the environment inviting. Not to mention the gym is really nice and has a lot of equipment.

I signed up here because of their women's only workout area which is now removed. Seems to have gone downhill since they sold to fit republic.
