My niece is extremely serious about her wrestling, and visiting me for a couple weeks in Frisco, TX.Even on vacation she really wanted to get her practice time in. We are SO thankful for this establishment!! They are so warm and welcoming! My niece is so happy to be able to get her practices in, while enjoying quality time with family! She said it feels like her "home away from home"!

Stopped in for a class when I was in the area. This place is both welcoming and talented. If you are looking for a place to start your BJJ journey, they will take you in with open arms and you will walk out with confidence you never knew you had.

It has been awesome going here these past three months. Everytime I go, I get the opportunity to get better with great instructors and great people. 10/10 experience that has made me look forward to class every day.

I am 52 years old and yesterday was my very first day at Next Generation. My very first class was the Intro to Jiu Jitsu. Over all a very positive experience. The instructors: great! The more advanced and experienced students: great guys and gals and very friendly and helpful. Met the owner Chris on the mat: very friendly with very helpful advice. Chris Brennannotices and keeps an eye on what is going on in his gym. I experienced this first hand, first day on mat. I was worried before signing up that this gym would be full of overly "testosterone filled dudes" looking to beat students up. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Instead I was met with instructors and students interested in helping me learn and grow, thus in turn helping each other learn and advance. Just what I was looking for! Big plus: the amount of classes and times offered for the price was THE BEST I found. A big thank you to Chris and everyone at Next Generation. I took my time finding a gym and I have no doubt I found the right one at Next Generation!

Second-to-none! High-performance focus across all aspects of MMA within an environment that’s also family-friendly. I tried several gyms and there’s nowhere else I’d choose for my kids and myself.
