I am a father and someone who is trying to get healthier, Been going here for several times a week for a bit under a month now so I feel I can make a really fair rating. Without a doubt this place is a 10/5. I signed up my 9 year old, he has never done Jiu-Jitsu or anything like this previously except for some Karate classes. He absolutely loves it! His confidence has been getting better and his coordination as a whole has gotten significantly better. He enjoyed it so much that I signed up as well now and we are on a family plan. The instructors will push you in a controlled manner. Everytime I feel comfortable in one area, they push a bit more so I can continue to grow. One huge thing NGMMA needs big credit for is the timing of classes. Having a kids class the same times as the adult classes allows my son to take a class but also allows me to as well. Instead of like other places I have seen where they only have the kids class, you run home to drop off the kids and then try to find the will to leave your house to go back. Genuinely love this. The instructors are top notch, especially for children. They truly have my highest levels of respect for the work they put in. The staff has been great. Remember, this is a gym, not a spa.I started losing weight at almost 340lbs and now I am under 300 and using the gym here to get healthier and learn as well. Combining this with everything else I am doing has been incredible. I highly recommend checking it out. Every day there are classes across different time slots, perfect way to catch something whenever you find an opening. It has also been a great way for my son and I to bond over something new as he now comes home and we go over the things he learned and we practice it. Love the experience so far!

This place is not the cleanest.. no reception at the front desk so took me few minute to find someone to help. The instructor at the class I attended was not good at all and made me feel unwelcomed (no instruction or assistant during the class). A little overpriced for what I would expect.

Booked a drop in on line while in town for a conference. Showed I’m up for the 6am Nogi class, they apparently open around 5:30 to let people roll a little before class. Everything was super clean. Professors were welcoming and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

I've been training here for a few months now and I can honestly say this place amazing! Every instructor is passionate and a master of their craft. Chris Brennon commands a top notch gym and it shows in every student that trains here. Looking forward to many years of growing and learning here!
