I have been training at this place for over 4 years and counting and all I can say are good things!

Sarah seems to have a hard time understanding the wants of the customer who is paying. She is very rude when you ask her to do her job and she can’t seem to understand how getting smart is not the way to handle things. Some of you may be surprised that can is incapable of completing and simply task while asking invasive questions, very disheartening.

can't believe that i went to school with Luke and Tyler Brennan at FHS. Did wrestling with them for a while and not knowing how amazing they both are having so much experience. Miss Next Gen and ill be coming back soon I hope. Best place I've trained in. and i miss hanging with the Brennan Fam too.

I am extremely overweight and when I expressed interest in jiu jitsu, many of my friend suggested not proceeding. This was nothing to do with my weight or overall health but instead because of the way those that train behave. Unfortunately, when I started looking around I did run into a few jerks who suggested I should not partake in the practice. However, not here. These guys, head trainers, owner, and all those there have been extremely welcoming and even more so encouraging. I'm hoping to transform myself and I truly believe this is the place that will make it happen.Only downside is that sometimes it is hard to find a partner but I think that is because I'm too shy rather than a problem of the gym.Wish I could them 10 stars.

This is hands down the best MMA gym in Dallas. They focus only on NoGi jiu jitsu and have excellent striking classes. Everyone treats you with respect and if you have heard all the positives as a result of starting jiu jitsu, this is the place you need to start your journey. Don’t forget to check your ego at the door!

I joined Next Generation MMA in January of 2021. I couldn’t be more lucky to have the best coaches around all under one roof. From Coach Chris Brennan and his two sons, Lucas and Tyler and also my sons Coach Garrett, instruction is top notch in every single class. There are multiple classes to choose from: morning classes (5am), noon classes, and evening classes. Everyone is extremely helpful to see you grow and develop your game. NG for life!
