Excellent and complete workout. Challenging. Structure allows me to focus on the "work" and not have to think about what exercise I want to do next.

I highly recommend the customers to check their OTF transactions on credit cards. I have seen duplicate transactions at least 6 times. NOT EXAGGERATING. I finally set up alert on my card to text message me everytime there is a transaction from OTF. No matter how many times you explain either they don't understand or they don't care. They say the manager will call you back. Ofcourse the manager never calls.

I came for one class to this location, normally I go to west Frisco location.Pros:- Coach was really good. This particular class had a 2nd person in training to be a coach and so I got a lot of one on one help with proper form during floor work.- They have the upgraded treadmills, my normal location does not. Super nice to see stats right there in front of me.- Friendly staff, I was late because GPS took me to the wrong place on Main Street. I called and even though I was late they let me in and brought me the heart rate monitor (I’m renting it at the moment) during class.- Everything is cleaned with disinfectant wipes prior to moving to the next station. The members clean with provided wipes.Cons:- They only have one TV to show you the weight training, I’m pretty blind as it is and I happened to be on station 5 which the rower and treadmill was the center but the weight station was against the wall on the other side than TV. Hard to see plus the floor mats are stored there so lots of traffic coming to grab one.- The biggest con, and it’s literally a deal breaker for me... no water bottle refill inside or outside the workout area. At my normal west Frisco location they have this, and are closer to my home. I go through 2 bottles during class and 1 on the way home. I was dying of thirst by the time I hit the treadmill. The only option for water is to purchase a $4 reusable bottle (I had a reusable bottle with me so lol) that had a screw on lid. Idk about anyone else but I like the flip up mouth piece where I can drink like a straw. While the location isn’t my favorite, the program is excellent. I go every other day since sign up a week ago. If you book far in advance no waitlist means being in the location you want for the time you want. When you 1st sign up the classes are pretty full.I had to knock a star off for no water accessibility for water bottles. Plus the one TV screen for weight training is kind of crazy. I’m so uncoordinated that I literally have to watch the screen and do as they do to get it right and even then I can’t do a lot of the weight training without adjustments. Hoping with time it’ll get easier to do everything full out.

I been a member since it opened. When COVID hit they called me and we discussed about putting my membership on hold. 4 months later I found out my membership is canceled. What’s rude and unprofessional about OT Frisco is how they treat their members. Miscommunication happens all the time. No one reached out or even tried to correct the situation even after me emailing them. These people have high handed attitude. Stay away from this place. It’s not worth it considering how they treat the members. It used to be a good place may be 2 or 3 years ago. Not anymore. Lot of good trainers left.
