The place is small, packed, and dirty. I've been that one a hand full of times, and I will go to any other one but that one. I live closer to that one but again, it is smaller than others I've been to, and again, it's dirty. Whenever I go, the people working there are just standing behind the desk. I never see anyone cleaning the machines. When I go to the bathroom, they are filthy. The toilets are dusty and the toilet seats look like no one has been in to clean them all day. That place is disgusting and I will never go back.

I like the gym but the showers need a lot of work. The controls are broke. Or missing, no hot water, towel holders are missing and the water drips constantly. Even the hose for the handicapped stall is snapped off and lying on the floor. Extremely bad! Otherwise this business is a solid 4 stars and could be 5.

I like the gym overall, but the classes rarely fit my schedule. Additionally there are major differences in the number of weight machines and VIP amenities available at different locations.The crowd meter on the app is an outstanding feature, and it directly affects when I decide to go. I enjoy the variety of equipment. I wish staff would kindly point members who are spending a large amount of time on their phones to do it in the sitting area, not on the equipment others would like to use.

Planet Fitness is my favorite gym! I love how it’s open 24 hours, regularly cleaned, and the staff is super friendly! Rome does a great job making all the members feel like they belong! 10/10 recommend!
