There are a lot of planet fitness locations and I have never not wanted to visit this location! Jordan and the whole staff are awesome! <3

10/10 customer service. Every time I come in a guy named Jariyah is always friendly and attentive and very helpful great job on the hire planet!

I’ve gone to many planet fitness and this one is second best. This is the perfect location for when mine is closed. The vibe is perfect they have clean equipment plenty of cleaning stations and the staff is super friendly. I’ve finally found my second location.

I can’t get over the staff here. So nice. I dropped my AirPods case in the stair stepper and two employees unscrewed the machine and found it for me. Couldn’t ask for better guys! I didn’t catch the guys names but it was 8/11 around 11:30am, Thank you so much!

enjoy working out here. The wide variety and numbers of workout equipment, free weights, the fact that they are open 24-7 complemented by the crowd meter on the app, increases the equipment availability regardless of your workout. Jariyah greets us early in the morning when we arrive and when we leave and contributes to the friendly, courteous and business like atmosphere.

Been attending this gym for over a year and never had any issues. The staff is always friendly and so are the people who attend the gym. I go to the gym for self care and for a mental break and going to this gym gives me just that. Sadly I will be moving in a couple weeks, but I will never forget the friendly faces I have grown to know in the past year.

I really enjoyed this planet fitness location (Frisco, Tx). It is very clean and has a great atmosphere thanks to the staff. Rome W, Margaret R, and Nic G were all great! They all have wonderful personalities and are very friendly. They all seem to care about the customer’s experience and progress. I would encourage my friends and family to use this gym. It feels so good to know that I am encouraged by the staff. If you are looking for a great Planet Fitness location give this one a try.

My best go to for a quick workout or pump. Equipment is always clean and functional. This place is very well lit and does not feel run down. Definitely recommend novice or experienced gym rats. 💪🏽😁 …

I would recommend this gym. Its always clean Thanks to the excellent job that a young African American man by the name of Ryan does to the facility. He keeps the locker rooms, mirrors, and equipment clean and sanitized. That's the most important thing in a gym SANITATION. The fact its open 24 hours is a wonderful thing too. They just need to work on a faster turnaround fixing broken equipment. But other than that great gym.
