WHEN GOLD'S GYM FULLERTON PERMANENTLY SHUTS DOWN, I WILL DANCE IN THE STREET. I have 3 personal training sessions remaining, but Gary Tran and Aaron Chung have not bothered to contact me. Gold's Gym Fullerton STEALS MONEY from consumers!!

Every single time I come around 8-9 am, 6-7 pm, or 12-2 pm, this gym is always too busy and way too crowded. I even went there during closing hours and it’s still busy. Not that I mind how busy it is.. but how small the gym actually is compared to other gyms. Weights are all over the place.. sweaty people… it’s honestly an OK gym with good service. That’s all.

So far has been a fairly enjoyable experience, mainly joined due to the pool in my complex is not heated during the winter and is 45 degrees all day, but yet they heat it during the summer. Golds gym pool is heated, upwards of 85 degrees. Can easily focus on swimming many laps with lout having to focus on the pain of essentially a cold plunge and trying to work out. The locker rooms are kept pretty clean, toilets, and sinks as well and all stocked. Some gym etiquette I have seen has been followed by most people using the pool too. A few here and there just push their way in. But overall and excellent experience so far.

Seems nice. Went in to talk to someone and was completely ignored. Even went so far as to take people who checked in after me when they clearly knew something was up. The person at the desk told the sales rep that they missed me completely and they didn't really seem to care. Skip this place. Go to la Mirada instead :)

Hello, we have a question. A month ago we closed our contract with Down Town LA by paying $100 in cash at the front desk in Fullerton . Then the next day the golds gym card charged us $100 again . So we paid twice. An employee of the gym Golds said that we are not telling the truth. The fact is, there was a problem because of one employee. My main question is: When do we have to pay? I have no interest in being lied to. I've already turned a blind eye to it. I remember we paid $100 in cash on September 18 at Fullerton. Maybe even earlier. I asked the staff to check it with the cameras. But all I got was a negative response. General Manager Ronnie Crannez said I was lying, even though he had instructed the girl at the front desk that day to accept the $100 cash payment from us at Fullerton. He then gave us a tour of the hall. We told him about it. And he refused to watch the cameras. He said we were lying. Also, Ronnie Crannez didn't give me the other general manager's email. Another employee gave it to me while Ronnie was talking to another customer. Although the other employee calmly gave us information about the other general manager. Ronnie also refused to give us the name of the girl we paid. He said he was protecting his employees that way. Although I would still see her and see her badge. Apparently, they have done this more than once and deceived customers this way. I don't know how I can go to your gym now. Because no one but Aaron could at least respond adequately. I can see why manager Ronnie Crannez refused to watch the cameras. I'll talk to my lawyer and we can work this out, probably through the courts. It's not a problem for me to pay $50. I wanted to be fair. We went to L.A., and we didn't have any problems.

It's 5:52 Sunday outside is 86 degrees yet they turn off the AC one hor before closing.

author-img

Nothing special that your other corporate gyms have. I thought they would have new machines than your average gym but they don't.

author-img

BEWARE!!! Besides the horrible customer service, on the weekends the AC gets turned off one hour before they close. Really!? On 90 degree weather!!! Staff can’t do much because, allegedly, the AC is controlled by corporate. It’s just bad!
