I cannot say this enough times, a gym needs dumbbells.... In particular multiple sets on the lower end. However, this gym has it ALL WRONG. They have only one, or may be two, sets of weights below 50, where they should have five or six sets. But do not fear, they have six sets of weights over 50, that are always there and are rarely used. This isn't Venice Muscle Beach. While they have always had a problem with lower end weights, it is way worse now. They just did an upgrade, but still no more lower end weights. I have notified them several times about the issue, and they refuse to rectify it. You have to use the weights for the barbells to do any kind of low end. I only go to this location if I absolutely have to. If you are joining a Gym, go somewhere else.

The gym is alright, the girl I spoke to on the phone today was rude and had no perception of customer service... It clearly says on the website FAQ that if you need to cancel your membership you need to do so in person, or through email. I did it through email, approx. 2 months ago, and they still charged me. When I called front desk about what happened, apparently there's a separate number not listed that I need to call. Not only did I get charged through July, but have to pay through August as well when I cancelled my membership end of May, even though I did what the website says to do in order to cancel. I think it's just poor customer service and lack of clarity on their part when it comes to membership services.

I had my bike stolen right outside the gym. In their gym rack. The manager didn't seem to care that much. I was told it's been going on for a couple months, bikes getting stolen. Yet they won't put cameras and blame it on the plaza. They should at least put a warning sign.The gym is very nice it's always overcrowded and it takes too long to sign up. Too much paperwork. Some of the staff is friendly, the other half not so much.

My membership was up and had to renew it. The experience was very easy and I got the best deal possible.It may not be the newer and bigger gym compared to La Mirada, but the staff here are always amazing and it truly feels like a home gym with a family like environment!Big shout out to Dana for following up and making sure I was taken care of during the renewal process! It was seamless! Thank you!

On Sunday they open at 7 AM. About 20 members woke up early to work out and were waiting in front for them to open. They weren't open by 7:35 AM. So I left and went on a walk.

Good gym. Sizeable pool in the back. It geta packed as it is a smaller gym compared to their Montclair location. All in all, a good place to go to. Great staff and trainers as well.

So I find them online, I complete the form stating I could try out the gym with a 3 day free guest pass. Then the reception girl Desiree says that is not the case eventhough it is on their website. So now I have to drive over there to have a representative sit down with me and "then determine if I am eligible to work out". Sounds like the typical sales ploy to me trying to use Covid as an excuse to have someone come in and be sold by their team. They just lost a potential customer and my family.

I signed up for the 3 free day guest pass (one of the more heavily advertised features on their website), and showed up to the gym. The front desk worker did not seem respectful. Another senior staff member came out and told me my pass did not work. I showed him my email confirmation and he said that feature does not work and he can’t help me.

Facilities are always in a rundown state. Shower curtains are either missing or ripped up, 1 out of 6 hair dryers barely work, not like machines are wiped down after every use, charges full price for minimal service.0/10 avoid-questionable sanitation -overpriced -lack of equipment -near impossible to cancel membership or speak to a manager
