I love this place! That one JBar manager is super nice! Think is name may be Nickolas. JBars been on the up and up since he took charge. There’s also two sisters that work at the front desk that always are welcoming with smiles on their faces! Their names are Sam and Symone!

My only complaint is I wish the WiFi was better. But other than that I love this gym. Everything is clean and organized. And they have everything you possibly need - CrossFit, pool, basketball, weights, cardio. And for all that the price is unbeatable.

I've been a member here for about 3 months now. I'm going to do a pros & cons review. This review is for the Tioga gym.Pros:- The staff is friendly and pleasant. I always get a "hi" or "bye" when arriving or leaving. That isn't always the case with many gyms.- The place is always clean.- There's a large variety of equipmentCons:- This is my biggest complaint with this gym. The free weights, dumbbells specifically, are a mess. It's common to see someone staring at the various weight racks for a long time. The reason; they can't find the weights they were looking for. The other day I needed the 45s, 50s and 55 lb dumbbells. They were 3 different racks. That's right. The 45s were on one rack, the 50s on another and the 55s on yet another rack. And the "mess" is different every day. I've been a member at over a dozen gyms in my lifetime, this gym is by far the worst for this particular problem.- The staff will text you endlessly, trying to sell you additional services, at a price, but you never see them in the workout areas. I've seen high school boys wrestling on the floor, over and over, with no employee doing anything about it. There are only 5 weight benches there in the dumbbell area. I have seen people sit on a bench for 40 minutes, staring at their phone, monopolizing that bench. Not an employee to be found.- I've never been to a gym with so few fans. It's crazy! Put some money into the place. In general, the workout areas need to be monitored and managed better. It should not take 2-3 minutes to find matching set of dumbbells.

2020 - 2021: I gave this gym one-star because at the time as homeless college, who bought a $60 dollar membership just to use the showers. A select group of individuals after a few months took special interest by taunting and harassing me, and when I complained to the owner as well as staff, nothing was ever done to stop it, and only continued to get worse.Highly overrated, and the town is like one big trailer park.

My wife and I signed up here a couple of weeks ago and Donte helped get us signed up and familiar with the facility and amenities. He did an amazing job, very friendly, and nice to work with! Thank you Donte! We are pretty pleased with everything so far. It does get busy at times, but if you are able to find alternate times to go, it's not a problem. There could be a few more Olympic bars as there seems to be a shortage sometimes and you have to take one from a different bench if no one is using it. My biggest complaint at the main location is the turnstile. It's very annoying and seemingly useless. Not sure if it actually deters people from entering who are not members. But I think there could be a better system for members please!

So first thing the machines need upgrades, some machines are very hard to adjust because there old as hell. overall, the staff is probably the best part of this place. 60 bucks a months in my opinion isn’t too bad but they to invest in better equipment. THAT IS A MUST

The GHF staff at the main center needs to drop there bad attitudes towards members. The staff and some instructors are mean, nasty and rude

My friend brought me, first time. Very fancy place. I loved the water massage recliner. Getting into the cold pool felt dangerous as the steps were quite deep and the hand railing was slippery with oil or cream. Since the cold plunge is something people could try to get out of quickly, hand railings on the other three sides would be an excellent upgrade. I had to wait to get out. Not fun. From reading reviews about lack of cleanliness, a staff person constantly cleaning and available in the pools, steam and sauna area, would solve that. The cost of a membership seems quite fair for what you get. Thank you. I enjoyed my visit.
