I joined the gym almost six months ago and I can honestly say it has been the right decision and I see the results. Since I joined, I go nearly every day, spending at least three hours, and never get bored with my workouts. GHF offers a variety of groupfit classes that are so much fun that you forget you are exercising!!! GHF offers a variety of floor machines and free weights that on a typical day you don’t have to wait to use them. Love swimming laps in the heated pool too!! GHF is the place to be for all your exercising needs!!!

Great gym, but will sue you. Things were difficult during covid. Gym was closed. Had horrible policies. Cancelling wasnt possible. They ended up sueing me in the end. So if youre on the fence about maybe losing your job just remember they can sue you for your whole membership cost, interest, and attorneys fees. They dont care about people just their pockets.Edit- Like how your response proves my final statement correct. Also youre full of it. You reached out once. Years later in the form of a lawsuit. I garuntee you my picket sign in january will make you lose more money than you will be getting from me in court.

Was really excited about joining this gym as I am new to the area and heard great things. The Sauna and cold plunge are what really sold me. Been a member for a few months and I seem to be one of the few members who follows the “ towel required for seat” rule clearly stated on the door of the sauna. It’s completely unsanitary to have to sit in a pool of another persons sweat. I bring my own towel but every time I go I have to set my clean towel in a POOL of someone else’s sweat and bacteria. I’ve been trying to ignore it but it’s seems to be getting worse. I wish they would enforce this rule or make the sign bold vs transparent so people actually see it. There’s always hair and gross stuff everywhere it doesn’t change so it seems like they legitimately do not clean it which is insane. The cold plunge has mold or some funk always growing around it… it’s hard to ignore yet surprising bc they have 24 hour staff and a massive sign that states the entire pool area is cleaned daily from 1-3 am… I would love to know what they do for those 2 hours bc it’s definitely not scrubbing off the algae/mold/whatever it is that’s growing daily.. Makes me wanna bring a toothbrush and cleaning supplies when I go seriously it’s not that hard to do.Also quite disappointed in my experience with customer service. I accidentally left a pair of pants in the pool area hanging up…realized it as soon as I got home so I called the front desk… when I tried to explain where I left them and was hoping someone could go look for me and keep them up front or something until I could come back to avoid them being stolen.. I was loudly interrupted before I could explain anything and rudely told “ WE CANNOT DISCUSS LOST AND FOUND OVER THE PHONE YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME LOOK YOURSELF HAVE A NICE DAY” and immediately hung up on before I could say anything else. I understand if there’s a policy but this woman was downright rude and not helpful. If there’s some sort of legal reason the staff isn’t allowed to go look for your item and attempt to help you out like a normal human being would, a simple friendly explanation would suffice.

The facility is absolutely disgusting they haven’t cleaned the steam room or sauna since they closed down in November for “renovations”. You can find toes nails, snot, old used athletic tape, mold and more. I’ve talked to several staff and managers and although they keep signing up members and doing tours daily they still won’t clean the facility properly and now I can’t even use my membership.

pros- 24 hrs, classes included, great for men who love to build shoulders and arms, I see a lot of people i know there, great for cardio. cons- memberships are pricey, childcare hours are very limited, so if you’re a single parent, that would be very hard. I can only go after work, it’s extremely crowded whenever I go, equipment like barbells and cable machines are always filled up, being used and crowded, a lot of scantily clad super fit college students and lean wealthy retirees. Women’s center hours are very very limited and crowded too.

Great experience every time I go to GHFC. The only thing that I would says is they should have more group classes in the afternoon on weekends. Right now only Yoga at the main center. I mean there should be more choices on weekends afternoon for members that have that Saturday afternoon available as many of us have. Another point the woman's locker room total needs housekeeping. Someone can fall in there easily. Thank you

The experience was great. The workout was fun. The staff is exceptional. The gym is the best equipped in town. It was very relaxing and spending an afternoon there was a great idea. All facilities are clean. The addition of saunas/pools is very remarkable.

Can you get a good work out in here? Yes, but that being said this gym could definitely update there machine's. Machine's upstairs, cables, are just out dated and, rusted. There is new technology that could help us members build better. They have recently started painting old machines black to make them look new or bring a diffrent vibe to the gym area But all in all, there is an amazing amount of cardio machine's, and you still can get a work out in.

24 hour gyms with a sauna and cold plunge are hard to find. I hope GHF branches out into other cities in the future

Ghfc is ridiculously expensive, uses aggressive contract terms and makes it almost impossible to terminate your membership. It took me 3 trips and numerous phone calls and then I got to pay an additional $179 for the privilege of ending a membership that I never once used. Nearly $500 for nothing. So be sure you really want to do it before you sign anything.
