Chuze Fitness

They just mopping floor...not cleaning counter top in men's rooms or the handicapped shower room. Not refilling wipes at several stations. Too many people allowed in at the same time.....Worst gym to go to during a pandemic.

cleanest gym I've ever been to. super cheap membership fees. tanning. sauna. massage bed. steam room. pool. jacuzzi. yoga classes. all included in the price. and the game is always up on the tvs.

Had a very bad experience!!! While working out for about a hour an employee walked up to me while in the middle of a workout and told me that my gym bag was not allowed on the floor do to chuze police yet upon walking in I specifically ask a employee by the name of "Sydenia" I believe if it's ok to have my bag which she confirmed it was ok I find it unprofessional and lack of communication within this gym to have miscommunications and poor work ethics. I was considering to changeling gym from 24 hour fitness to chuze yet I will not go to a gym that had these employees lie to me or give false information

Amenities are great, you can't beat the price! Only complaint is how worn out a lot of the equipment is (broken handles, torn seat upholstery, I once saw a bike pedal break clean off), but I guess that just comes with regular use.

I love Chuze. Clean, spread out, awesome staff. Wish they had better classes so I didnt have to have 2 gym memberships:( I had to downgrade my membership at Chuze and open one at Gold's to take decent classes. Just bummed Chuze felt like Zumba was the only valuable class. This wasnt for lack of trying. I wrote management to get this changed before I made the switch, but I was just told Zumba was the most attended. Maybe that's because it's all you offer.

It is a club, of course, there are different types of people so rules need to be clear and enforce. For example, the pool is for everyone but it has to let people to understand if they swim slower or don’t swim they need to be in certain lane. And, the Steam Room is nasty!!! The rule is no shoes in the steam room but there is NO enforcement at all. Talked to the managers and it seemed they Do Not care much.It is better to have a hose or strictly to enforce the rule because there are so many different mentality in there.Please keep it clean for the rest of us from those ignored members—why not to weed them out???

Since the reopening everything has been great! My only problem is I'm tired of hearing the announcement inside the gym about wearing a face mask it seems like every 15 to 30 minutes. I can handle once an hour but it's just getting completely annoying. Every time I'm leave their I'm always kind of aggravated. But other than that everything's good.👍

This gym is awesome! Many amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful and with good attitude. Truly a good customer service. I was sold after I got the 1 day pass. Coming from the other big gym franchise; I don't regret to switch to this gym. Clean place, amenities, with customer service, good price!

Chuze recently reopened on 09/08/2020.I visited the next day at 2pm. The work out areas seemed fairly empty. The machines have not been moved, but every other machine is closed to enforce social distancing.Disinfectant wipes are available to clean the machines. Announcements are also made to remind to clean their machines before and after use.So far, people seem very conscious over spacing themselves out. However, this was easy since there weren't too any people to begin with. A better picture of gym's seriousness to combat Covid will show itsfelf when it starts to pick up and the place fills up.I'm cautiously optimistic about the re-opening and try to avoid peak times. Stay safe!

Awesome gym. Always clean and usually plenty of equipment. Only improvement would be more consistent music choices on the radio.
