Location is okay. Not to proud of the machines an weights accessible in the mornings. Cause everything else is outside. An doesn't open till 7 am. Hard to workout when all the machines are limited. Gets crowded at early morning. Should open the outside gym same time they open at 5 am.

Used to be good!Now it’s way worse in every way!I paid for premium, but since the pandemic they charged me the same amount without using sauna/massage...Called to cancel and it’s not an easy process!

I loved it at first until I had medical issues that prevent me from being able to get there I called about canceling, I didn't complain about being charged during the pandemic when they were closed. They told me that I needed to send an email and I did. I have been charged for the yearly fee and was told that they informed me that I would. I was unkind to the person on the phone who basically called me a liar and I am sorry for that. But they didn't and I would not have called if they did. Be careful it is not what it seems.

This is a descent gym for the price. However, if you're serious into lifting I'd advise go elsewhere. All squat platforms ALWAYS have a wait time no matter what time I go in it seems from early after into late night nearing close. This facility can easily support more squat racks due to the massive membership base, entirely too much cardio that's never even in use. But if you're looking for value this can work.

Can't take your bag with you..... yes lockers are provided... but I personally carry a few items with me ..a bag would be extremely helpful... and I would safely keep it with me at all time... I just don't see a big deal for a carrying a small personal bag... but nice gym tho... and thank you for staying open!

Staff were incredibly friendly and the sign up process took literally minutes. Asked what I wanted, and didn't pressure anything else. Gym is super clean, spacious, and ai have not had to wait for anything I want to use. Definitely an upgrade from the 45 minute line I had to wait in just to get in the gym at LA Fitness.

Great gym! Before COVID had amazing amenities and SUPER clean! They had upgraded their machines (which most gyms don’t very often) accommodating guests who wanted to do free-form squats in a rack. All the locations are fun, team members are polite and friendly. Their premium membership allows guests on weekends.They have ample supply of disinfecting wipes around so you don’t have to walk too far.They walk around and wipe down machines. I go to 24 as well but I never see them cleaning and unfortunately only once did they enforce the state regulations.... 24 is good too, but chuze is generally a lot cleaner, friendlier and equal to the variety of machines and workout equipment.

I’ve been a long time member & I’m not the one to leave reviews but at this point I’m confused as to what is happening to Chuze Fitness. The general manager is supposed to be the driving point of the team! & so far the only thing that’s being driven is this place into the ground. These poor employees are overworked & underpaid, as you notice this place struggles to keep its employees because when 1 new face shows up it seems 3 end up disappearing. Chuze carries this great uplifting motto for its members but is failing to acknowledge its employees. The girl in the front with the pink hair is awesome & another female staff Dana or Diana I forget her name always remembers my name!! To management keep in mind a team only functions as good as their leaders and it honestly doesn’t seem like you guys are on the right page. I really hope this is reflected upon, & to the few staff that make this place shine bright. Thank you

Reasonable price, clean stations, nice staff. However, the client base is, demographically appropriate.Kids, teens, or massive groups of people during the evening hours.“Guests” sit around fondling their phone, treating it as a social setting.Music is unnecessarily LOUD!Employees are nice, but more passive than assertive.Overall 3 stars.If you use the facility between 6-10pm, consider going elsewhere.

Great price, great facility. I pay ~$23/mo for a premier membership which let's me access multiple Chuze Fitness locations, the pool/sauna area, the hydro massage/tanning machine, and free classes. Pretty great price for what I get. The employees are super professional and friendly. The gym is kept very clean. My only issue may be that it's a bit too popular! Often have to wait a bit for the squat rack, but I guess more time to do other workouts!
