They're doing a very good job at keeping this facility clean. All the equipment and machines are very kept up. If they only had a self motorized treadmill this place would be perfect!!

Don't waste your time here.You will never find parking due to all the stores around it. Plus they will give you such a hard time to cancel your non commitment subscription. You won't be able to cancel anytime!!!

So this review is due to the covid 19. Everytime I go or call it is 1hr wait...to work out? I ride my bicycle,I love the bike parking. The staff is always friendly. Gym is always clean. Just dont think I should pay full price [black card] when the gym is not 24/7 and limited due to pandemic. I go to gym at night time 7pm-9m. If you need to go to the thm call before you go or use app.The plaza is nice for food. Have fun

Clean clean clean. Friendly staff is always a plus. I come at all different hours and I have never really had a bad experience. Use the app to see how crowded it is! Parking can be a bit of a hassle but that’s more on the plaza and not the planet fitness.

I just loved this club!!! Omg I have been in 24 hours Fitness, Anytime fitness in Huntington beach which is super pricey and small and here in Planet Fitness all the staff are super friendly specially William, all the facility and machines super, super clean, new equipment, big club... just felt in Love with this facility. I will stay here forever!! 💜

Love it mello atmosphere. Friendly customers service. Very clean. Mask and wipe downs of equipment periodically.

Today was my first day back to the gym. My first time at Planet fitness. It was clean. I actually saw people cleaning other machines while I was working out. It made me feel good about going back to the gym. I got to experience 3 different machines without issues of too many people. I'm thinking I'm going to be liking going here especially when I can't sleep. 10pm was a good time to go. I can't wait to try the blackcard perks. Totally forgot tonight. But there's always tomorrow.

Came to this location for a couple weeks and was not happy about the customer service that was given. The female trainer was not friendly and rude towards us. The male manager had assumed that one of the employees had spoken to me about a policy they had but no one ever did and I think it’s unfair that employees can put notes in the system on someone when they were never spoken to about it. Overall, it is a nice gym to workout at but we ended up leaving this location and will not be coming back because customer service does play a factor and they were unwelcoming every time we came.

Good clean gym. 40 people aloud at a time due to covid. If you don't want to wait in line to long I recommend coming in before 7am or after 9:30pm. The gym opens at 5am- 10pm Monday thru Friday

Great service, very well kept and clean. Great parking..all around great gym
