I love PF, but I made the mistake of visiting a PF facility in another city recently. Machines seem outdated compared to other PF facilities. Staff is awesome, but too few. Men's shower area desperately needs scrubbing and the curtains (so dirty they aren't even black) and hooks (most are missing or broken) all need to be replaced. Why isn't this done during the routine cleaning each day?!

I love it here. I need to go more often, but overall I love working out here. Plus, having a hot night front desk worker helps with the motivation. Haha I don’t know his name, but keep doing what you’re doing.lol

Have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here at the Stanton/Garden Grove location. Their trainer, David, he's nice, trains me based on my abilities. The facility is clean and equipments pretty much new. Timing wise, after 5pm, will be busiest. There is plenty machines and equipments so you'll be able to get in a good workout.

I just joined a couple of months ago. Every time I go the building is very clean. They have a crowd meter on the app which helps me plan what I am going to do while there. The employees are friendly without being intrusive. All of the equipment seams to be close to new. The price is worth it and I would recommend anyone looking to better themselves to join.

ProsGym looks clean and bigConsNeeds to improve customer services skills, I was trying to join PF but after my negative experience on this location I definitely NOT. I asked the front desk employee that I would like to talk to the manager and in a sarcastic way and laughing she said "Manager is not available but if you want to come back to complain about me you are more than welcome" and she gave me the manager schedule. her attitude!!!Also finding parking is ridiculously hard, I know the gym is not responsible for it but is a lot of business and restaurants in this shopping center so go prepare to spend some time looking for parking.

Big workout area in this place. Lots of machines, a free weight room, and circuit training room. I like this gym. Rows and rows of different stair steppers and bikes. Not too crowded in December. Look out for January. The fees are great too. Place is clean. The music mix is good. All the way from new wave to Metallica.

This location has definitely gone down hill and the night staff is just lazy and have no customer service. My wife walked into the female bathroom and each stall had feces in and or on the toilet seat and she mentioned 2 even had blood. When she went to the front the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said that nothing can be done about it. I’ve noticed the actual workout floor has become extremely dirty too. Used paper towels everywhere and just general trash. Paper towel dispensers are always out of paper towels as well and don’t get me started about the excessive homeless problem outside. I had to chase a couple away from my car multiple times. I don’t know how much long I can keep my membership here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting one from this location. Just to note I would add a picture but I don’t think anyone wants to see that.Edit: She also mentioned that the gentlemen was too busy on his phone to acknowledge her when she initially walked up.

Im being charged twice after letting management know still have not fixed the problem.

Clean equipment, friendly service and inexpensive membership. Now I just have to do the work and make myself go! 😊 …

This is the best Planet Fitness location. The staff is professional and the gym is clean and new.
