Best place ever. Great staff highly-skilled staff, family-friendly, accommodates all ages and skill levels, very affordable. Would highly recommend both of their locations. The one in Charlotte and the one in Gastonia.

This is not your average Gym. The people are so supportive the classes are amazing. This place changed my life. I became somebody I never thought that I could, while getting in better shape and learning to defend myself as well. You will not be disappointed if you can move out of your comfort zone and just commit already. The classes are so much fun it doesn’t even feel like you are working out. It attracts all shapes sizes and fitness levels. There are amazing athletes and grandmas alike here. It is for any and all. Don’t hesitate. The staff are super helpful and motivating. You can tell this is their passion and not a paycheck. Highly recommend.

Meh , class was alright but after computing prices over a long term period, I discovered it's much cheaper to buy a firearm and ammunition. I'm not one that goes out looking for fights really and in the case of a home break in, not sure fighting would help lol
