The lack of integrity in their billing practices is disgraceful and alarming. I never would've expected this out of a place I considered part of my family. Get everything (I mean EVERYTHING) in writing.I've been given lip service time and again, however, those promises have never been fulfilled. Don't trust Ashley (ultimately don't trust the owner. She'll smile in your face and stab you in the back) and throughly document all calls/communications with this place.**Update: It was a good thing I insisted on putting my credit card on file when I joined (rather than the debt account they originally insisted on). My credit card company has been in dispute with Crunch Fitness for months regarding two different charges. It finally ruled in my favor!! I documented everything and pulled my phone records to prove it. Don't trust this place.

I really liked this gym, the initial sign up is awesome because it’s not like other gyms where you pay huge amounts of fees before you join, and with any situation where i’ve had trouble with my membership or confusion their customer service teamed is amazing and always came through with a solution! I RECOMMEND!

Well I was impressed! I was visiting for a few weeks and needed a gym so I decided to try Crunch in Gilbert. The manager, head coach and other employees were all amazing, nice and willing to help! The facility was CLEAN! I would highly recommend this gym.

Would never recommend this gym to anybody Signed up everything was good until I moved... I’ve talked to so many people over the phone nobody wants to let me talk to a manager to cancel my membership. Apparently you need to write a physical letter to cancel when a phone call should be all that’s needed. I’ve been trying to cancel for months written many letters to try and cancel and I’m still paying for something I haven’t been to for month. I’ve called and talked to someone every day of the week to talk to a manager but shockingly the manager is NEVER present. Awful don’t go. Plus hidden fees are always randomly tossed in

I'm beyond upset about how difficult it is to cancel. I'm in the military and do not live in gilbert anymore. So when I was able to come to town at the beginning of this year I went out of my way to cancel at CRUNCH in person. I was made aware of the 30 day cancellation policy when I spoke to a Blonde Haired Employee and thought after I got charged a month later that it would be cancelled. I have been charged since then as if i was a regular customer still. I called today and spoke to Alex who told me the cancellation was never submitted??? I'm beyond frustrated. A manager has yet to reach out to me and this is not right. He told me the 30 day cancellation fee at the minimum would be waived and he would submit my cancellation finally. but I still believe I deserve a full refund. I would like a manager and the district manager or someone besides the entry level employees to have to keep dealing with this. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money here.

Every negative review you read about cancellation is true. Not only do they charge you for essentially another entire month with their 30 day policy even after you cancel your membership, you HAVE to physically go too their location to do it, despite being able to sign up online. Any form submitted on their website, or email, or phone call is essentially ignored. They may waive your next month’s membership fee if you protest the asinine ways they charge you, but also be aware that your $50 yearly fee is just going to be taken never to be seen again. Even if you have never even set foot inside their gym before.I will definitely recommend against spending your money here, but if you’re reading this they’re already charging you. Scummy practices hiding behind even scummier contracts.Stay away

I've been going here for over 2 years and can't say enough good stuff about it. It's insanely cheap for what it offers. It almost feels like I'm stealing. Multiple power racks, olympic weightlifting, a turf area to do more HIIT related or movement based workouts. Stuff you don't get at your LA fitness/24 hr corporate gyms. Staff is incredibly relaxed, never had anything pushed on me or been tried to upsell me things. They have tons of other amenities that I'm sure you can find on their website. This place is top notch. Also, I moved down to Tucson recently and needed to cancel my membership as there are no crunches in Tucson. It was the absolute easiest process. None of that "mail this letter to corporate and on a full moon twice past midnight, call and then we'll cancel it. Meanwhile we guilt trip you BS" It was a 30 second conversation, she wished me well and I was cancelled. If you struggle to cancel this membership, that's a reflection on you, not this great gym.

I joined this gym in early 2020 and really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. However, it’s now a gym full of college/High school sports teams that take up all the squat racks, free weights and benches. When I asked management about it they told me they’re supposed to come during off hours and that’s it. They’re here every time I am here (and I’m NOT here during off hours)so I’m about ready to join a different gym.

I love Crunch Fitness!!The employees are super nice! One time, I was working out, a man was being a creep, one of the employees approached him and told him to stop being a creep and to leave the girls alone. I loved that!Another thing I love, your guest can use the massage beds too in other gyms they can't.

This places uses the Nautilus brand of gym equipment. It is a great place I like it very much. There are plenty of free weights and weight machines. I signed up for the pay per month plan which is worth it to me. The staff is nice without being in your face friendly. Parking lot is weird though.
