Crunch Fitness - Gilbert

If I could give 0 I would. I cancelled my membership 7 months ago because I moved. I found out that they have been charging me ever since and they had no record of my initial cancellation. I called again to cancel months later. Again, no record of that cancellation. I had to talk to the manager to finally cancel my membership with no refund because they had no evidence of my initial or follow up cancellation.

This place is a total scam, they will steal you money out of you bank account even after canceling service.They are charging me $25 dollars a month even though I canceled service over a year ago. Currently dealing with my bank and reporting fraud for their scumbag tactics.

Took a Vacation to Arizona and stopped in to this crunch about 3 different times on the trip. Great service upon check in and an overall Great experience. I left my phone in a Lyft on the way to crunch and the front desk staff including manager went out of their way to help me contact the Lyft driver and retrieve my phone. My flight home was later that evening so they really came through in the clutch.

I love this gym. It's so encouraging to spend time working out in an environment with other people who are supportive and inspiring! The staff here are also attentive and helpful at all times

Staff is friendly, gym is clean and the equipment is in good condition and there is a good selection of machines and free weights. The towel stations are frequently empty and missing the spray bottles of cleaner, though.Update 2/15/22: after posting my review, the gym addressed my review and, the next day, the issues were resolved. Upgraded to 5 stars.

Updated review 7/31/22…I’ve been coming to this gym for 3 years now and have no problems with it but the gym could use a bit more love. There’s not a light in the sauna which is ridiculous. How are you not going to have a light in there? Please fix that.

I just wanted to take a moment to praise one of Crunch trainers from their Gilbert location. Her name is Melanie Standange. Her professionalism, fitness knowledge, and motivational skills are excellent! I really enjoy our training sessions. I strongly recommend her as your trainer!

Very good chance of having billing issues and not getting them resolved at this gym. Also, no custodian cleaning on the regular. Bathrooms are always nasty. Showers never cleaned. Wear shower shoes or your feet will be black. Still having billing issues after cancelling.

Went to an early Sunday morning zumba class and really got a great workout with instructor Liza! I definitely will go back! Also the hydro-massage is awesome after your workout.

I’ve gotten to know a few of the employees and I wanted to give my thanks, while recommending this gym once again!Every employee has been professional and personable. Not robots. Which is so refreshing to see, after all the world has been through.I adore the manager Mark, he takes great care of employees (from where I can see).Melony(I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) has inspired me to get on the stair master again. Someone I can look up to! Knowing, even with all my health issues, I still have hope! She’s amazing! If you need a personal trainer, I recommend her above anyone else!Erik, for taking such great care for my littles in the kids area! He interacts with the kids, brings in crafty things to have them participate in, super clean, cleanest I’ve seen the kids area, and is amazing with kids all around.I know there’s others, these just happen to be the ones here while I’m here. I trust they are just as awesome.You’ll enjoy the atmosphere this gym gives off.This place is super clean on top of all the great things I’ve mentioned!
