Worst experience with personal training cancellation. Got injured and not able to train. No rep has been able to give me the right information to cancel and fitness manager is never available and do not call back. Very frustrating since money keeps coming out of my account. It’s funny how everyone is available when you want to sign in but no one can help when you want to stop service, even with a valid reason to cancel the contract. Maybe a lawyer is needed when wanting to cancel a personal trainer at EOS….? I do not recommend getting into a contract with them.

I unfortunately am having to agree to the other reviews on here as far as the staff is quick and available to get you signed up for a membership and any additional add on's but then is non existent when it comes to cancelling your membership. If it wasn't for our recent experience I would say EOS is one of my favorite gyms I have used and would have gotten a 5 star from me. My husband and I each had our own membership which we had to end in October due to us moving to a state where EOS is not located. We cancelled both of our memberships in person with the front desk in October and then moved. We both then proceeded to be charged for numerous months after October that we shouldn't have despite calling and sitting on the phone with different reps who were "helping us cancel our membership". At first it was Isiah, then Jered then Mike and so on. I was told to email my phone log with EOS as evidence or nothing could be done to help us, this was 3 weeks ago and still no word from anyone. I am hoping that my husbands account and my own does not get charge in a week for another month of our "cancelled" membership but I do not have high expectations from the staff because of our last few months of experiences.

My experience here has been good up until now, when I was charged $60 for the basic membership, was unaware of this in the beginning as I was talking to a front desk employee and manager, they told me there is a annual payment every year as this is how these gyms get you. I’m only suppose to be paying $10.14 per month but then they trick people telling them that they’ll only pay the basic membership if you signed up for one all year long to get caught up in their trap as you’ll have to pay an extra $49.86 annually on top of the $10.14. I asked for my $60 back after cancelling the membership and they said they can’t give me my money back off of the contract I signed and they’re charging me $ 10.14 next month March after cancelling with them because of the service fee and again, based off the contract I signed before enrolling for a membership, EOS is a joke and I’m never coming back here again. I’ll just be working out at my college gym.

I tend to have a difficult time finding space in the weight area. Benches are usually packed any time after 2:30 and some of the cable accessory pieces get scattered so if you don’t find them first and go to look, you’ll lose your spot. I’ve asked if certain equipment was available in the gym and, if they didn’t have it, the equipment would show up within a few weeks after my inquiry (which is great). The pool deck needs to be cleaned more often along with the locker floors as they are super slippery and messy. The staff is always nice. I haven’t tried any group fitness classes yet but they have a decent listing and the movie room is pretty cool to work out in!

This location is pretty awesome. The people there seem like normal folk - there to work out and get healthy. Other gym locations feel like a beauty contest. Staff are friendly, and machines are new (this location recently opened) and in good condition. The only issue I had was a group of teen boys using the pool for play time jumping in and dunking each other rather than for laps. I also really like the fact that I don't need a code to get into the pool! There are two things that would make this place better.1. A spot like other places for The Cave - an area set aside for floor work where we don't have to fit under & between machines.2. A real 25 yard length pool.

Very nice 24/7 gym. Live the theater with cardio workout equipment inside and the pool, and great staff!

Great gym, clean, lots of equipment and reasonable monthly price. Me ans my son both really enjoy the location on Power Road.

This location is definitely the troubled member in the EōS family. Went in for a workout and they rudely pulled my guest aside for a membership while boldly stating "We're the best location, the other ones aren't as good." and having us sit to fill out paperwork and pay. It's clear this location is circling the drain due to it's lack of human emotion and only seeing it's members as dollar signs. I look forward to other locations taking its competition.

I have never experienced such a crowded, unorganized gym in the years I've been training. I went at 1 PM, when it's supposed to be less crowded. The Machine layout have no rhyme or reason, poorly placed, making it difficult to negotiate. Gym way too small for the amount of equipment stuffed into the small location. There must be a fire code violation that is talking place here. Poorly engineered. EOS needs to build more locations, and not follow this set up. I love the other locations I've trained in and since I was in the area, i wanted to check this one out, bad choice.

AGGRESSIVE SALES TEAM. They call me once or twice a day. I’ve answered and told them to take me off the list several times. I’ve responded to the relentless emails and requested to be taken off the list. HOW DO I GET THESE PEOPLE TO STOP CALLING ME?
