I'm so happy that I signed up! There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna as well as all the equipment and weights I want. Have to start signing up for the classes too. Got a trainer to help motivate me and she is awesome! She pushes me to do more each time!

Great gym except the whole childcare process of scheduling ahead of time is ridiculous. They book up so fast and everytime I've dropped my kids off they never seem very busy in there, not sure why the ratio is so low. Please increase the ratio or get rid of the booking completely.

The gym is really nice and the classes have a lot of really nice equipment that older gyms don’t have. The POUND class with Priscilla Alvarado is AMAZING. I was nervous to try it thinking I’d never be able to keep up but I’m so hooked. I haven’t missed a class since I tried it and I want more classes to be added please! It’s such a crazy good workout and it’s so fun. Priscilla is so encouraging and she’s great about showing the different levels you can do to make sure we can follow along!

Love this Gym and they seem to be popping up everywhere. I've been to over a half dozen locations in AZ and Two in Las Vegas and they were all well kept and have every machine you can think of. Also the fact that you can bring a guest with you every time definitely makes it the best gym out there. Oh yeah and their recovery room is the icing on the cake.

Expect to experience a lot of waiting at this gym. Seems like every machine I wanted to use was broken as well. On top of that you have the initiation charge and then the yearly fee. Got charged an extra $25 as well because my card was declined due to fraud. Cheap gym but they get you on the fees and everybody and their mother goes to this gym so it's usually overcrowded. Enjoy!

Sign up was a bit confusing but was straightened out immediately. I love my PT Mariah. She is very encouraging and helpful. I mostly joined for the aqua classes. Unfortunately, I have PTSD and I had to leave mid-class because I could not handle the music. The instructor is very young and most of the class is 50+ so I would think she would choose more generational music. I don't think this bothers anyone but me so I don't expect it to change. I wish just plain old water aerobics was offered. Facility is pretty new so the machines are in great shape and appear well cared for. I have never had a problem using a machine I want no matter the time of day I am there. I wish dance classes were offered for us older folks. I reported a broken toilet seat my first day and over a week later, it still is not fixed. Caused a very painful large bruise on the soft tissue of my inner thigh. I will be looking for an alternate gym where my most basic need of water aerobics can be met.

Love Priscilla the pound instructor and Maria the Zumba instructor. Also the gym seems to have a good array of equipment. However no one from the business office is ever available to resolve issues!! The manager is always busy. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with payments for 3 months!!! No manager is THAT BUSY!! I just don’t think they care, because the gym is busy! Once I find another location with similar fitness classes I like, I won’t be returning.

My experience at the gym has been great. There’s always available equipment and for the most part it looks clean. There is only one available Smith machine which makes workout longer if you have to wait. The Bosu balls are flat. I have asked on several occasions to have the ball inflated to their full capacity since the gym opened this has never happened. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

This location opens September 22nd. Can't wait! Hoping there will be less people at the time I like to go. Plenty of equipment for anything you want to do. Kids club is huge and has a basketball hoop for the slightly older kids. Staff has been good to deal with during pre-open. Originally signed up online. Went in to do my validation stuff. Zero pressure to do any of the extras (towel service, kids club, personal trainers or referrals). Again... Can't wait to get in!

This location is great for me so I went in to sign up for a membership. Champ helped me get signed up. During the sign up process a manager came over and tried to pressure me to give them names for 5 people in exchange for a t-shirt. I explained that I didn't need a t-shirt and would not be giving them any names. As part of the sign up process I asked about attending another location nearby until the gym opened. Champ explained they would give me a temporary membership that could be used at the Higley location until they gym opened. I paid the $10 sign up fee and nearly forgot to get the temporary membership. That is when the manager showed up again and said he would not get give me the temporary membership unless I gave him the name of at least one referral. I ended up cancelling everything and walking out, I won't deal with with dishonesty and high pressure sales tactics.
