I was charged a different price than email. I paid it. Webt back for my first visit. Just wanted the pool. The gal showed me where to go. I changed, showered, washed my hair and went to get in the pool. Ice cold!!!! The heater was broke. They didn’t tell me at the front desk, the gal who showed me the lockers didn’t tell me, and there was no sign. I will transfer my membership to another facility. I have not been impressed with this location. I was told the pool heater may be repaired in a week or two.

Very happy with this EOS location. Staff is always friendly and polite and the management team is there to listen to needs and concerns. The equipment is always clean and in good working condition and the bathrooms are always clean. It does get kinna busy during peak hours. This is my first go to location before the other EOS locations nearby.

Mariah is an awesome personal trainer. I went from about 250lbs down to about 230lbs in the last 3 months. She is tough but respects your goals and helps you achieve them. If you're thinking of using a trainer, Mariah needs to be your choice! Torie help me cancel my subscription the same day that I requested it stopped.

Gym is fine. The process for reserving times for kids space is ridiculous. First off, shouldn’t have to reserve a spot for a space that’s typically empty. Second, to have to type in every personal detail for you and your kid and the location every day is a waste of time. Get an updated app that pre-loads this info. Or just don’t require a reservation.

If you're more of a serious lifter then this place is for you, equipment is super solid as long as you treat it well. Olympic quality racks and bars etc. Really great for someone looking for a more advanced crowd and environment to lift in. Still caters to the casual gym goer though which is still important for those who just want a quick workout. Friendly staff and clean facilities

i’ve had so much motivation the last week coming to the gym because i was able to bring my brother in as my guest they just let him walk in with me. but today they said he has to sign in on the tablet and then says he’s not allowed in because he’s 17. why was he allowed in for the last week then? and why is it just now a problem? if it’s a safety issue why wasn’t he stopped the first time we came in? now i have no motivation to go to the gym ever again and i drove over 30 mins here.

Signed up with EōS recently and so far so good! A friend of mine spoke highly of them so have it a shot. Julian was awesome when I visited for a tour. Have been to a few other valley locations as I workout with a friend that lives across town and every location has the same awesome standard.

I usually don't review but thought I'd throw in my 2 cents:Been going here since its opening a few months back, and love every second I'm in there. Plenty of power lifting racks/benches to get your compound lifts in. Big selection of isolation machines and dumbbells. Plenty of treadmills and cardio equipment also. Locker rooms are spacious and kept clean for the most part.My one gripe is if you go from 4-11pm it's a sardine can sometimes, so you might not get to pick and choose your equipment without waiting (Treadmills and such are never all taken though). That's just the nature of the beast though with after work hours for most people. Staff are also friendly and accommodating if need be.

Update:I do not want to completely change my opinion of this establishment. Although they did make it right, I fear too many people may end up in a similar situation as we did.As for the establishment itself, it is top notch. The people are great for the most part. Just make sure you read all the fine print and you will be fine.Original [edited]:My wife had a sudden unfortunate decline in health or we had a loss in income. My wife was having all kinds of medical issues so we turned towards self-help with a gym membership. Unfortunately she now has found out that she has Valley Fever. My wife has called several times asking for them to cancel the personal trainer but it is a 6 month contract. So if you want a personal trainer it is a 6 month contract. And you pay, not once, not twice, not even 6 times. You pay every 2 weeks. So whatever amount they tell you multiply it times 12. It will end up being around $1000 for the PT.She signed up for a personal trainer, thinking there was a huge discount. She was rushed and fast talked into signing a contract. This is where things need to change. She was under the assumption that she was getting a deal but due to fast talking she missed the part about the $88 every 2 week payments. Though this may very well be worth it, it is a cost we cannot afford. And, you cannot cancel it.I wish I was a larger part of this decision. I wish I would have looked over the information before anything was signed but I am a busy person and was being rushed into making a decision.I understand contracts. But I also understand that in certain situations exceptions should be made. Eventually a decision on a corporate level was made and the contract is as terminated. But this was a extraneous situation. Valley Fever sucks. So would I ever recommend EōS? Before the corporate decision was made? No. But after, sure. They do have a lot you can do and they make it easy. Just don't sign any contracts unless you are sure. I suggest paying the contract off asap. Make sure you read the fine print. Get a second set of eyes to look it over if you aren't sure.Tell them your budget up front. And if you think you may come into a situation where you won't be able to make the payments DO NOT sign any contract. Or you'll end up in collections.
