Had a good experience enjoyed the buddy pass for pound class, the teacher was very inclusive and had a great time even being pregnant! Would recommend!

The strategy is to get most of the way through the membership sign up, then exit out. This will put you on the email list and alert you of any startup deals. If you dont care about the bonuses, there is no beating the $10 membership, especially if you sign up during a $1 startup deal (which I swear gets offered once a month). Thankfully everyone caught onto reracking weights, that use to be an issue. Otherwise good equipment variety, good people, solid gym etiquette, clean facility, palatable water, couldn't ask for much more. Only gets a 4 star because of the cheapest membership being restricted to one gym with no one time free location change. EõS is expanding and opening facilities all over the place; however, construction takes time and it is reasonable to assume people will go to the gym in the meantime. What I'm saying is, unless I close and reopen my membership, I will be stuck driving to Gilbert to hit the gym even when the queen creek location is finally open. This ends up being a non issue for me, because of work, but just a heads up I guess.

Just signed up a day ago, went on a Monday night at 9pm.Place is ridiculously packed, lots of high schoolers in there.I really should of tried a free trial before joining, really regretting that.Guess I'll give it a few weeks, and if it doesn't get better just cancel and eat the cost...

God forbid you have ANY sort of technical issues. I’ve contacted the gym directly five times, contacted app support twice, called their financial company, and NO ONE seems to know how to fix my problem. Can’t enroll in the classes I’ve paid for and been told three times I’d be called back and nothing.

This gym is the best gym ever, it is always clean, the staff is the sweetest ever, and the personal trainers actually help you. Biggest shout out to Mariah for being an amazing trainer! I would recommend this gym to everyone I know

I went into the gym for the first time looking to switch over to it and I got to say first impressions are not good. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes for no one to show up called the number why I was in the lobby and no one answered. Apparently customer service is not their strong suit.

This place is always freaking packed. Don't matter what time you go, there will always be highschoolers in packs of 5 taking up space and every bench machine. I love this gym, but damn do they need to build more.

So I changed to a new checking account because of fraud, so I have the KID at the front desk my new card and told him to delete the old and use this card as the primary. Well he did not do that instead he added the new card incorrectly with incorrect numbers and did not remove the old checking account number. So on my monthly statement it showed that it was declined and EOS charged me $25.00 and my old bank, so thats a total of $50.00. I brought it up to their attention and yes it was EOS fault. They did refund my $25.00 dollars from their end, it only took 3 weeks, but now I am stuck having to pay my old bank. THIS IS NOT RIGHT, they need to be careful especially when handling someone else account. These people they hire are only high school kids. So I canceled and went back to PLANT FITNESS on Gilbert and Power Rd. At least you have adults working behind the front desk.

The gym itself is great but in what world do you think it’s okay to charge someone 176.00 for a service they NEVER received even after canceling more than 3 weeks in advance?! Torie, if you could please respond to my email sent 4 days ago that would be great.
