I left and forgot to cancel my membership now they sent me to collections for 150$. GYM STINKS AND IS DIRTY BROKEN EQUIPMENT STAY AWAY!!

good equipment, sad offering for group class, horrible business administration, no phone customer service, no billing support, no reply to emails, clueless staff. I was told 1st month free, got billed after 2 weeks. i wanted to switch to my new insurance Free gym benefit was told I had to pay for another month because they give us 30 days membership after we cancel. well that's just bull to this retired contract manager for state of az. hope the AG likes them more than me.

I love this gym. There fact that it's 24/7 is a bonus for me. I try to put in my workout in the early morning before work when there's less people because it's packed in the evening. At 3am, there's about less than 30 people but increases around 5am. There's enough machines to go around. Friendly environment and staff. Always feels like home here and I'm glad to be a member.

Do all you of your locations threaten to fight a paying member while the so called manager just lets it happen. I'm discussed by this company. On the pluss side I can't even call corporate to send a complaint. Would not matter either way because when I tried to ask for their names the manager refused to identify. While signaling to her co-worker to conceal his name tag. Should of took the gentlemen up on his offer and got the police involved ..... 07/11/2023. 5:14pm

This place is sooo dirty every time I go in they have 2 people up front and no one cleaning they’re just on their phones

Best gym I’ve ever been to. The Zumba classes are fun. Nice pool, locker rooms are clean.

The worst, keeps charging after you cancel and instead of getting any help, they tack on late fees and then send you to collections. Good riddance, save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

I could’ve sworn I already left a review for this locationAlways having some kind of complication, and or stressor hereBecause it’s closest to me and the few friends that I had that went here this is the location that we always went to the most. My friends had enough complications that they all ended their memberships.I’ve been exploring other locations

Good equipment, open 24 hours. Staff has been very friendly and Leo keeps the gym in top shape when people leave weights laying around. Karla is always friendly and smiles when you walk in the front doors and check-in.

Awful experience, got a free 7 day pass to check out the gym and went it was taken on a 30 sec tour by Dylan a obnoxious employee then was told my free week pass was not usable even though i was told it was and that i had to sign up today and tried to pressure me, terrible experience would not recommend.
