i’ve been going there for a while now and it’s really good. they have a variety of machines to use for your workouts.

Great place to work out but some of the equipment is in desperate need of some attention.The picture below is showing a broken bolt on the leg press machine

Would give zero stars if I could DO NOT USE EOS!! Second to only planet fitness with their predatory cancellation policy. Cancelled my membership two years ago and they quit charging my account. Received a text yesterday saying my account wasn’t cancelled properly and my past due amount would be sent to collections if I didn’t sign back up and pay 2 months of membership fees. Called to figure out what happened and was told my final payment was never made and it resulted in my membership being reinstated. Every payment before was easily taken out of my account but for whatever reason the final payment was unable to be taken out of my account? They couldn’t even tell me the reason the last payment didn’t go through. I haven’t received a phone call, email or any mail regarding this issue for the last two years and now it’s being used in an attempt to force me back into a membership. All they could say on the phone was “they were trying to help me keep the charge off collections”. Absolutely shameful way to up membership numbers. If I didn’t have the money to make the bulk payment I would be forced back into membership for at least two months and probably be charged an annual fee on top of it. Absolute nonsense. No one should support this business

-This gym barely has mirrors. They don’t even have mirror in the stretching area- I cannot do my PT exercises here. So, I had to change gyms.-Weird distribution of equipment.- Not enough variety of machines.

This gym signed me up for a training program without telling me IT IS NOT CEASABLE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET ANYONE FROM THIS GYM COAX YOU INTO THEIR TRAINING PROGRAM. This is absolutely unreal . I would never recommend this gym to anyone

They seem very predatory towards customers. Every time I talk to any worker about my account they are very aggressive about telling me why I need a personal trainer, and have a hard time taking no for an answer. I just wanted to update my account and had to say no in 10 different ways. Very irritating.

BE AWARE!!! This place will NOT cancel your membership for months even after you’ve reached out them multiple times way ahead of time. I’ve been struggling and fighting them but for some reason they don’t want to listen to you. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a gym!!

Always packed. Great machines but weights are usually all over the place and paper towels are rarely filled. Good place to work out if your just trying to keep your head down and workout.

As a Muslim community, we have a hard time finding a gym that has a women's section only; the one gym called Phoenix Fitness that's is only gym has a women's section; I saw a new location is about to open on 43rd Ave and Glendale I wish if they could put women's section, but I don't think so
