Fitness Connection

I like the price, it averages about $15 a month with the yearly fee. I however don’t like that they aren’t 24hrs. There is a lot of people coming to this gym and sometimes I do not get to do all my exercises within an hour because I have to wait or compete on getting to a machine that is open. It can be quiet frustrating.I understand FC is considering going back to 24/7 but you have so many members and staff, just please go back to 24hrs.EOS gym is opening up nearby in a couple weeks, so I will be canceling my membership once they open, since they will be 24hrs.Thanks

The only reason why I don't give the 5 stars.. is cause is a big deal. To get in touch with customer service! Plus this gym use to be 24 hours fitness.. but now they have some limited hours.. I use to go to midnight! To work out!! But I understand is cause the pandemic situation!! So I guess I'll be patient. Hopefully.. soon they open 24 hours again. I wish!!Specially this gym is blurry newNice, clean, amenities, place for ladies, movies, etc. Very nice!!

Overall, it’s a good gym with lots of equipment, Sauna and a women’s area with more equipment that is in a more private area. My only complaint is that there’s this cool “movie theater” space in the women’s area with treadmills but they ONLY seem to play the movie The Anchorman. Why?? Why does it seem to always be the same movie? It’s a bit neglected.

Usually everything is great at this location. However the CrossFit section has been “under repair” and sectioned off for at least two months now without any progress being made... this is a huge section of the gym to be unusable, thus people have begun using the area anyways 🤷🏽‍♀️ That seems like it might be unsafe...but who knows 🏋️‍♀️

I understand Fitness Connection Bedford does't plan on opening back up to 24hrs. Can I suggest that Fitness Connection Bedford open from 4:am - 11:00pm Mon - Thurs. that way those of us that have to work 12-14 hour days from 6:00am - 6:00/8:00pm can use the gym from 4am to 5am

Love it here. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The gym is huge and bright. Overall great environment to help me reach my goals.

I like it here except they should open everyday at 5Am or even 24 hours like the other gymsOtherwise people will leaveI’m not saying everyone will leave but a lot of them willJust sharing my opinionGirls in front Jackie and Negine are awesome

Stair machines are pretty dirty- I bring my own Clorox wipes to avoid using the gross cleaner in the bottle/touching the bottle. Would still be nice if FC invested in the pull up pre wet wipes.The cables shouldn’t have the metal piece that’s impossible to remove. Each cable should have the clip to move around the interchangeable hand pieces. Also, if someone could WD-40 the cable machine adjustable pole, that would be great. It’s impossible to raise.Most of the employees are fabulous! The girls in the morning are great, so nice and helpful.Supplements use to be great in here. The DOT fit product is known to be very trashy so that’s a bummer. Great drink selection though.

This gym just makes up the numbers on the mask poll to continue to force people to wear them. Hate this place. Sure would be nice if the customers weren't treated like ignorant people and had their own choice. They say 70% voted to keep wearing masks. Well let the 70% keep wearing them and let the other 30% not wear them. If the masks work it shouldn't be a problem.

Gym stays clean and they are serious about the COVID procedures. Price is good if you know what you're walking into. I think from any location the bad reviews are about the billing procedure and the cancellation.I do wish they would have better hours on Saturday and Sunday but I guess because of covid they had to cut back somewhere.
