Fitness Connection

Fitness connection in Bedford,Tx. Very clean, lots of machines and free weights. Huge lot. Bathrooms very clean. Staff super friendly. All this for 10.00usd. They dont limit the time you spend at the gym like 24hours Fitness.I just canceled my 5 year membership with 24 hours fitness, they keep charging me while the gym was closed due to the pandemic. I asked about a refund and they refused, saying they can only do credits. ......very sad 24hours fitness. Also 24hours fitness keep increasing my monthly payments without advising me.Honestly, anyone looking for a nice,clean gym. Within a decent budget.........Fitness connection is your deal.

The customer service is terrible. This is only my second visit and I am leaving because Maddie the "manager" wouldn't accept my government issued id to watch my kid. If the manager were to read or actually care to work with her clients, I provided a state of Texas group A acceptable form of identification according to the state of Texas dshs website. Super frustrating.. Good luck with them on your sign up at this location too. Zero dollar enrollment is how they get you in the door so they can proceed to charge you twice the advertised rate for forgoing the "0 dollar enrollment". Slimey sales tactics.. nice looking gym though.. I'll keep going for the facility not for the staff or customer service.

Been here for over 2 months and couldn't have asked for a better gym!!! Rolando has been a great help to me and answered any questions I have had... not only does he help but has become a good friend... everyone here makes you feel comfortable and welcome... would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!!

I would have given it 5 stars but this is the second time in 2 weeks that they advertise opening at 5 and then you spend 30 minutes standing out side till 5:30 waiting for someone to arrive and open the doors. If this continues id honestly recomend another gym simply based on reliability. I one have a hour to work out daily and wake up at 430 to be able to be here at 5 and i leave at 6, have kids, and my wife works in the evening and i head to work in frisco at 6. So my time is valuable and this opening late is waisting it. But you get what you pay for i guess. Cheap prices. Cheap service? Its a shame because this really is a top notch establishment with all the options they have.

Spacious. Brand new equipment. Great staff and location off 121. Great layout and designs. Lots of area catered to females. Clock works unlike fitness nation. Huge TVs and awesome lockers. Honestly way better than 24 and fitness nation.

Hi everyone, I just want to tell your that this Fitness Connection is the best. They are good in service and everything else you need. I will advise everyone to come. They also have the best product. Especially there is one general manager named Bewar S. he is one of the best manager. He is so nice. Thank you all and make sure to visit Fitness Connection the one in Bedford. Again thank you.

Great location, free child care, only $10 a month. It gets packed during the busy hours (5pm) but dont have to wait around for machines and they have a wide variety of machines. Really enjoy this gym and all that they offer.

Me and my friends were excited to try out the gym and hopefully create a membership. i called ahead to inquire about guest passes and was reassured we’d be able to test the facilities. when we arrived, at 9 pm, we were met by friendly faces, but one employee called “Stoney” took over and told us we could not enter or use our guest passes because the guest time ends at 10pm. rather than allowing us to tour and test the gym for the hour until guests weren’t allowed, we were barred from doing anything and subsequently left without any interest in a membership.

My husband took a tour and loved how fitness connection was compared to where he was at fitness nation at the time the enrollment fee that he was interested was out of our budget so he told the manager keep him updated on any promotions they had coming so I called a week later and Rolando let me know about the awesome promotion they had going and told me to come in and he would take care of me! Well I came up here to surprise my husband with the membership to the gym he was so determined to switch to and ended up leaving with me and him memberships!!! I am truly excited to be apart of this gym and start my journey to getting healthy! I can definitely say I know we will be taken care of here the staff is AMAZING! I definitely recommend fitness connection to anyone! Come through and let Rolando take care of you, he definitely took care of my family 💪🏼😝

I started with Fitness Connection before they moved into the new, far larger location next door. It's everything I'd hoped for in a gym and more, plus my trainer Ariel is so highly skilled at knowing what particular exercises would suit my level and goals. Very clean, bright gym with plenty of the latest equipment, free weights and programs for both men and women.
