Fitness Connection

Signed up recently, great equipment, but way too packed from 3pm-9pm. Most people have bad gym etiquette leaving their weights everywhere etc., and using multiple equipment at the same time. Will probably cancel.

Would love to give more stars. You require gloves and masks. That's great, however require everyone to wear them or not use the facility. You need more hours open. My work hours only allow me there once a week now. ladies area is full friends come in a take over the equipment. They trade off so no one else has excess until they're finished. Main area. same story. Walk around and see who's wearing masks and gloves and who isn't. I'm looking for a gym. more hours and days. yes the price is great, can't use the place. why pay. I mentioned to manager about going somewhere else and she basically told me the other place is dirty. never clean and FC locks the cleaning crew inside every night to clean all night long. OPEN up more. you say foot traffic doesn't warrant the man hours. ever stop and think. more hours more tarffic??

The only problem I have with this location are the hours because it should be 24 hrs. Because some people would like to avoid large crowds during peak hrs during this pandemic. I would much rather workout at midnight or beyond then working out at 5 am to avoid crowds. Nevertheless, the staff is great and the equipment is awesome. Please change your hours to 7 days a week 24 hours.

Needs to be open 24 hours. If Planet Fitness can manage this, why can't Fitness Connection 😤?The facilities are not as clean as they were pre-pandemic. The doors leave an impression. There are prints and debris all over the doors, upon entry and exit. I can smell the sweat on the lounge sofas as I walk by and toilets have fecal stains. Clean this place better.

Fitness Connection is great! It has all the equipment I need and it is kept very clean. The workers are friendly and always clean up at the end of the night. Not like the LA fitness in fort worth that is dirty and never put there weights up.

So I requested a 5 day pass and someone call me to set up an initial kind of meet and greet. I told him my only availability was early at 5:30Am and he confirmed that would be fine. Come in the next morning and I was told I could only come try the gym from 8am to 8pm. Who has availability like that? And no. There is no way I'm going to get a membership without making sure the environment is right for me.

This has been my favorite gym I’ve been to. I love the women’s section and the theater cardio room. It makes cardio so much easier to get through. Everyone is always so nice, anytime I don’t feel like going I’m glad I did as soon as I walk in. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I loved that they took a poll when the mask mandate was lifted and they went with majority rule. You get more here than for $10 than you do at other gyms for $30+.

I think fitness connection is the best gym in the area. It has a ton of equipment almost everything you can imagine. They even have a separate room just for women (although I never use it). I love that they have a lot of free weights and several platforms so you can get a good workout in, however they close too early. If you really like post workout amenities like massage and etc. and 24 hours gym go to planet fitness! But fitness connection is best if you want real weights and more machine options. Fitness connection…stay open later people get out of work late!!!!!

I canceled my membership and moved on. I came here for a gym after 24hour shut down for good. This gym just isn't a good replacement. They don't do 24 hours and the equipment is not optimal. Some areas like bench press and the free weights area are full for hours at a time.
