The $10 a month 0 down is false advertisement, but the gym is close to home and has a women’s room so I signed up anyway. Plus! The guy who sold me my membership was super friendly and personable. Too bad he’s no longer there and the rest of the staff...yea, not personable at all. I brought a guest in, and other than take his ID, no one even attempted to sell him on the gym. I’ve lived in several states, so I’ve joined many gyms, and I’ve never seen that. He wasn’t given a tour or anything. Interestingly enough, he was actually considering joining. Smh. They need to do better.

I LOVE this gym. I came from Fitness Nation in Bedford. Nothing real negative to say about them, it was a decent gym for the price, however Fitness Connection is an AMAZING gym for the same price. I will start with the kids club! My kids used to complain about going to the gym, now they LOVE to go. So much for them to do and Alexis and the other girls are so welcoming! My daughter has handshakes she made up with half the staff. Now to the trainers. Ariel and Melissa are who got me started with my assessment and sign up. They were so friendly and knowledgable. I bought sessions and worked with Zach and George. Both are extremely nice and great to worth with. George is who I have had the most sessions with and I am really impressed with my progress! I highly recommend him! Those are the ones I have worked with personally. All the staff is great though. Some other names worth mentioning are Josh and Lena! (I think Lena is some type of manager.) Both are wonderful and friendly! Everyone has really drawn me into this gym and made me feel welcome! Now, the actual gym... OUTSTANDING! Everything you need in a gym! It's insane for the price and I would never go anywhere else! I'm obsessed and I love that i am enthused to go to the gym. I think people would workout a lot more if all gyms were like this! (I know its lengthy with lots of specific names, but NO ITS NOT FAKE. Everyone is just that personable and this gym is just that damn great. I am a big believer in reviews!) 😊

Joshua is absolutely amazing. He has been a great help with information about the gym, enrollment and just an overall stand up guy. We love this gym and are so excited it came to town. Our whole family goes here and we would recommend it to anyone.

Let me start by saying the facilities are great, and the people have been nothing but friendly.BUT...read the fine print, and DO NOT trust what the person who signed you up says to you. Read the whole agreement top to bottom before signing (which I usually do, but since I was in a hurry I stupidly confirmed what I understood verbally).I signed up with someone during their $0 enrollment special. Verbally confirmed with the employee that the $0 enrollment included the $10/mo fee. He confirmed the same, but said that I would be charged an annual fee of $26 in the fall. Okay, fine. Nothing unusual about that. Paid my first month's dues in person, and out the door. August rolls around and my account is charge $22. Call in to ask, and they said it's because I signed up for $0, I pay a $22/mo fee. I explained that that was not what I was told in person, but since the agreement I signed (again, I did not read it, I just signed my name on the pad when I was told to) said I agreed to $22 a month, my only option to switch to paying $10/mo is to pay the $129 difference in fees for the "membership". Talked to management, who was unsympathetic, but did agree to "coach" their membership staff into making sure they understand what they're actually offering people. Here's hoping they actually follow through with it.That being said, I got burned, so I will not be staying or recommending this place.

Huge, clean and has brand-new equipment. I came in around 6pm on a weekday, and did not have to fight for any free weights or machines. There's enough equipment without waiting in line.Clean bathrooms with lockers. Does not have locks or towels, so bring them if you need to bring your bag to change or shower. For those wanting to swim laps, there is no swimming pool in the gym. They do have a woman's gym section and daycare .Overall, I definitely recommend this gym.

Absolutely fantastic place! Amazing facilities, courteous staff, TONS of different equipment. Yes, the staff tries to upsell product but I've never had any of them be pushy. It's a business.....making money is what they do. Nothing wrong with that. A simple No thank you always does the trick.As for all these angry 1star posters.......ignore them. The fees and membership costs are all there in black in white before you ever sign your name to anything. Not the gyms fault you guys are in too much of a rush to read a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. Come on......you're not buying a burger. It's a contract. It's on you to know what you're signing before you sign it. Took me a whopping 10 minutes to read their VERY transparent set of fees and dues.

Seems like a nice gym, I went in yesterday to sign up. The person helping me was super pushy. I told him up front I just wanted to see the gym and get prices and he was really rude. Went on and on about why I shouldn't need to go check out other gyms. The questions they ask you when you sign up are totally to up-sell you. So far I'm not impressed with their business model at all.... But the gym and it's equipment looked very nice. Wish the hours were better. I also think it is super shady that you can't quit unless you mail a certified letter in, and that once they get the letter you'll still be charged an additional month? They need a new CEO

I would give zero star if there is any....but be aware of your credit card charges. You might see surprise charges in your credit card statement that they never mention at the time of registration. If you ever want to cancel your membership it is long process with this gym. my one advices just read all fine line in detail, if that worth your time and money than go to this gym or look for other gym. I am not happy with the way manager/owner deal with customer at this location.
