Love this gym. Clean, friendly...everything you want in a gym. They also have great classes with good instructors.

I really liked the vibe here. Omar was the one that helped with my membership sign up. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable about the gym. The gym was very clean too.

Pretty good chain gym. Mornings aren’t bad, but afternoons and weekend days get busy. No specialized equipment, but wouldn’t expect to have it in this type of gym.

I used to love being a member until covid hit. The staff isn't all that friendly. The hours aren't great for people who want to workout and be done by 5. I joined all those years ago because of the cot and convenience. I don't see them ever going back to 24 hours.

Lots of space and plenty of equipment options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Greig is a great trainer and has taught us a TON. Women's only section has a movie theater in front of cardio machines - never seen this anywhere else. Can't beat the price. They also have childcare available. Wish they were open earlier on Sunday...

Hours are complete trash at Bedford and Keller. I signed up for a 24/7 gym and they just leave their customers in the dark. Writing the exact same typical corporate response to each complaint for years. Will not be renewing membership.

I feel like they should let 15 year olds workout alone, because places like Planet fitness and other gyms allow that. Its very difficult to go to the gym whenever I want, because you need a parent with you if your under 16. Please try to fix this, this is so annoying, because other gyms don’t have such annoying age limitations like this one. I am starting to feel as if I should have just gone with another gym, because I could workout more. I hardly doubt they’ll even consider this, because most of the problems in the reviews seem to go unresolved, and they just seem greedy. Such a shame though, because the equipment seems nice, and the staff seem okay.

I go here a lot with my wife and the only problem we experience is that everytime we try checking in, the apps never work and one of the staffs said that they will have our membership cards but always the same excuse “i forgot”. I’m still happy that me and my wife have a gym to go to but really don’t like how they keep saying they forgot to bring our membership cards.

Fitness Connection is the best gym I have ever been to. When they say they are a family, they mean it. Just like any other gym, you are going to get out of it what you put into it. Ever since my tour of the facility with Amy, everyone has been welcoming and friendly. Including all of the other patrons.

Don’t get a membership with Fitness Connection. No longer 24hrs and from what I’m told they have no plans on going back to 24hrs. Have to pay over $100 to cancel since they have contracts now. Gyms are overcrowded seems at anytime you choose to go and the saunas are always full. Idk it used to be a good gym but post pandemic it’s just trash.
