i hate this place, manager and staff are unhelpful and rude. personal training was the worst and all they care about is money. they absolutely did not accommodate or listen to me nor did they care. do not recommend. the customer service is terrible and i struggled a lot with them, it didn’t matter what i said and it’s been very frustrating.

Almost 7:20 with alot of people waiting when they supposedly open at 7 A.M on Sundays

Love the location with the exception that I took the 11AM Saturday cycle class and let me just say it’s not newbie friendly. There was no guidance in terms of adjusting the bike. As they began doing their chants the instructor said “in this class you have to open your mouth” and I wasn’t because I didn’t know when or what to chant. Lasted 3 songs and left.

Great gym! Clean with lots of equipment and great amenities. My only problem is that some equipment takes a long time to get repaired...There are some treadmills that have been out of order for about a month. The gym can also get very crowded and congested. I don't think that is fault of staff or gym, it is just located in a very popular area.

I don’t know how many times I have to talk to a manager or a staff member on regard the fans and how hot it is in this facility . As a professional athlete and not having too many gym options I decided to make this gymMy home gym but it’s just upsetting and discouraging how you guys don’t care for your members and the people here . The gym is HOT !! Crank up those fans and allow for air to flow before someone passes out here . It’s not that hard and also fix your fridge . This could be such a great facility and yet you guys settle for this ? Sad

1. No maintenance or repairs on machines.2. No drinks for purchase because their machine is perpetually “broken” like the McDonald’s ice cream machine…3. Constant theft at this location4. Not 24hrs.

Big facility and lots of machines for members but not enough treadmills, based on each time I went in during the last 3 weeks; I am a new member. Wish they have a steam-room and a pool at the Grand Prairie Texas club.

Nick Nash is the best , he needs more money and his own club !!! He’s always checking up on us , always working hard and greeting everyone and makes this gym fun to come to .

I’d give zero stars if I could, crazy to think this gym is new, considering a lot of the machines are always broken, and stay that way for days/weeks on end.The workers here all play and act of ( helping out) no one is really there to help you whenever serious matters come into place, such as theft.I’ve had many valuables stolen, and many complaints to the staff, just to get a response of ( we cant do anything)They will allow your belongings, including car damage happen, in their property and do nothing for you to help.They have cameras in this gym yet they are useless being workers, corporate, police have no access to ever view.Makes much more sense now why it’s a cheap deal! :) would not recommend if you want to feel safe and secure.
