Always clean, the staff is always super nice. Some of the people who go here don’t have the best gym etiquette, but overall it’s a good gym.

This gym close to my house which is very convenient, most of staff are friendly…; however, The gym is getting busier and busier and the opening hour is pretty uncomfortable since it closes at 10:00 pm and close even early in weekend. Most of the time I couldn’t get what I wanted because so many people used the equipments. I hope the manager can extend the hour and especially on the weekends. We go to the gym after work and most people off work on weekends but it closes early. I think there are so many people would love to have the gym open later. Thanks!

I came in to cancel my membership because I currently have a knee injury. Kat was very polite and sympathetic to me and I appreciate it very much. She customer service oriented! This facility is generally clean and most all the equipment works if not all. I really enjoyed my time at this location.

I loved it. I only which the fitness group morning classes for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday were still available. Something need to happen for the individuals that work nights and need these classes

Huge facility, good amenities. Joined because its the cheapest gym you can go to and get sauna, punching bag and squat rack in the same place.Used to have yoga classes, sad that doesnt seem to be a thing anymore.I have had a lot of problems with fitness connection. I have been an on-and-off customer since 2018-19 ish and if there was a comparable gym in my area, I would be there in a heart beat and was when i lived in a different area. Hate fitness connection fr.To bring a guest, the guest has to have a Grand Prairie address, which is ridiculous. I don't even live in Grand Prairie, I live in Dallas proper and there is no location in Dallas proper. Technically the "Dallas" location is the Red Bird location which is... not Dallas. Super annoying and I can't bring in any friends/potential new members. Not that they need any because this location is CROWDED on the weekdays. Weekends is lovely but the weekdays I'm there way to long just waiting on equipment. It has made it a very unpleasant experience and it's already hard to motivate myself to go to the gym. The men that go there are generally pretty rude and disrespectful of space, especially on the turf section. I will go to stretch or do landmine squats and a man will be stepping over my stuff, my weights, be uncomfortably close, etc. I get that the gym is very busy, but there has always been plenty of room for them to go somewhere else and not bother me. Something I have never seen them do to other men in the same space. There's also always some missing/not enough attachments for lat pulldowns, but it doesn't matter because you will have a hard time actually getting in to do anything in that section.I hate going here. I hate the environment. I wish it was closer to where I live. I only still go here because it's cheap and has what I want. The women's section could be bigger and would still be packed. Dreading the new year because it will be insane and fitness connection will take in too many members that the facility cannot accommodate.

Clean, it can get a little packed you just gotta find the times that workout best for you but equipment is always working & I get my workouts in.

Excellent place to workout, shoot hoops, and even has a spot to drop off kids while you are working out.

Staff is usually friendly.I'm disturbed by the hours of operation(especially on weekends). I was mislead when I signed up by the sales people. The said after the pandemic they would go back to 24 hours. It's been two years???Also plumbing issues and cleanliness in the men's locker room can use more attention

Why does it take y’all so long to replace items?! Is it not just one phone call away! I shouldn’t have to go to a different fitness connection to use something as simple as a stability ball! Like what does management do all day because it sure isn’t checking inventory and replacing broken equipment! Plus, how does a gym always run out of water? Seriously guys! Whoever is in charge of inventory needs a serious sit down from corporate. Complaining to one person doesn’t get me anywhere with this location so I’m finally putting in a complaint! Please get more than 1 stability ball. All the other locations have 3-4! Create the same experience I have at other gyms at this one!

Very great place to work out, but the employees are soooooo rude!!!!!! I just went for a visit, and I was still denied access until a full fee of $27 for a one time visit (mind you, I could not come back even within 24hours). After that, this rude employee at the front had the nerve to asks “Now that you are done, do want to register for as low as $10? We have a special promotion” 😒, when he was so nasty just less that an hour for no good reason. It’s a great gym like I said, but it does not give the employees (or should I say that particular employee, whose name need not to be mentioned), the right to treat people with so much disrespect. Again, a great gym though, with a wide variety of equipments, settings, and very spacious, with an in-house basketball court, and other sporting amenities. But poor customer service.
