I'm only going to tan. The beds are not cleaned regularly and the people who work there are extremely rude. I have canceled and will be done once my time expires!!!!!!!

Decent gym, and courteous/helpful staff. No big complaints other than witnessing a couple of hothead situations. Hopefully they open a new location near my new address. Had to edit the review and drop my stars because cancelling took over an hour...

This is my rating for all of fitness connection. I started my membership here at the start of the year and was charged $10 my first day, then I was charged $50 for my annual membership. After, I had started a job that didn’t work well with the only hours that fitness connection is open so I had to cancel my membership, but I had to pay $50 just to cancel. So I spent over $100 within 3 months for a gym membership. The people here were great, but I don’t think I’d ever gym at fitness connection ever again.

Love the gym, clean and a only $10 the only downside is the gym hours I wish it was 24/7 because they close too early. AND kids club reduced their hours and it was the main reason I go there.

Great gym but they closed the morning daycare and that was the only way I could go so I had to cancel my membership sadly..

I cancelled my membership in November after moving out of Grand Prairie paid the "cancellation fee" of $50 and am still being charge. I have gone in person to cancel twice and was told I have to go back in and cancel in person. Nobody seems to know how to cancel memberships and keep being told the same thing.

I give Nick five stores because he does all the standard operating procedures that the club requires for the employees all the way down to the knowledge of the application and any question you need to ask about working out. Great job Nick.
