Revisited this past weekend. Josh and Brandon were great! They Brandon was friendly and I observed him walking through out the gym making contact with clients and refreshing disinfectant spray. Brand says that are getting new chairs. They now get 3 stars. I will update review when the chairs are tested. Disappointed! Just moved to Grand prairie and expected better service from Planet Fitness. They need to train their team to speak to the customers. Most gyms say to customers to have a good workout. On this past Saturday they were to busy talking to each other to focus on customer service. The massage chair number 2 needs to replaced or serviced. It makes so much extra noise. I have used the message chair with Planet Fitness for over 2 years and they don't sound like that. I will revisit this Saturday and take some pics to post..Team Planet Fitness Grand prairie please step up the service. You have a standard that I am looking for and so far have not found at this location.

I am a truck driver buh I came to this gym on a visit to grand prairie to workout and feel at home as a member I am buh they told me they cnt let me park my bobtail on their lot. A lot which I am a member of was what they told me I can't park and workout. It's disappointing and disrespectful buh is all good, keep up ur bad work

Equipment is regularly out of order. Also, they have too few squat racks. The smith machine seems to be their most popularly used weight option. Yet, they don't remove their less popular options to make room for more. Therefore, none seem to ever be available. If management took the pulse of their floor, then improvements could be made to enhance customer satisfaction.

I've gone to all the local gyms for years!! I tried Planet Fitness both Grand Prairie and East Peoria locations. I'm hooked!!! Great equipment! Great workout crowd!!

The most popular machine is the leg press. They have two. One of them is always out of service and the other one might as well be since it doesn’t operate properly. There is always people waiting for it to free up. They only have one seated leg curl which has a wait time too but not as bad as leg press. I give two stars. One star because other people might have a different experience then me and another one for the weighted donkey kick machine.
