All I can say is NICK NASH is absolutely amazing!!! He takes care of us like no other!! Because of his attentiveness, you will feel as though you are VIP! He has made GP Planet Fitness as the best gym in the DFW!!!

Planet Fitness is such a disappointment! The price is good and I like that I can use any club of many, but it is not suited for serious lifters. Planet Fitness does not have any barbbell bench press machines and the few Smith Machines that it has are always taken by people without any gym etiquette who hog the machines and turn them into workout station where they bring over dumbbells etc and spend hours hogging the Smith Machine. Others hog the Smith Machines for a ridiculous amount of hip thrust reps. Planet Fitness has no rules about turning the Smith Machines into a personal workout station. Also, the free weight section is way too small and always full. There are also people in the free weight section that do not have gym etiquette and surround themselves with way too many dumbbells at one time.I was also a member of Fitness Connection, which also has great prices, but if you go from around 5m to 9pm, you will have to wait for just about every machine and the free weight area is like being in a Japanese subway car.I guess you get what you pay for. I just wish with all the dumb rules that Planet Fitness has that it would make one about not using the Smith Machines as a station for your entire workout. Also, Planet Fitness needs to get rid of the 30 minute routine section that is almost never used and by some more Smith Machines and make a larger free weight section.One last critique is that if a machine goes down it will take two months to get fixed if we are lucky.

Nick Nash - Front desk attendant (overnight) gotta say how much of a great person he has been. I wasn’t expecting this type of customer service from a gym, I guess this gotta be the first time - where I see top-notch service and a well- representation for the [Planet Fitness ] organization. I hope to see this man become some type of a manager within the [Planet Fitness] gym in the near future. Planet Fitness if you read this, give this man his own gym to run. Thanks Nick!

This is a great club, busy but you can still get a good work out. I try to get here when Nick is here because his customer service is beyond the other employees at the club. He's in tune with all of his customers, always greeting and taking care of things. Good guy in my book. I come when I know he will be here.

Nick you are Awesome!! Had not stepped a foot in the gym In over 2 yrs due to health issues. Nick made me feel Welcomed, answered All my Questions. Gym is super clean and kept up with. Would Definitely recommend GP Planet Fitness to anyone.

Nick Nash is always so professional, friendly, attentive, very inviting on & on! I can’t say enough good things about him! I’m new to the area & trying out new PF locations as I’m getting acclimated. He’s one of the reasons I frequently visit this location! He’s truly has a kind soul with a welcoming personality. That’s means a lot coming from someone entering a new climate. This may not be his main job yet want to send a big shout out to him, encourage him to continue the excellent customer service & professionalism. Thank you young man, I appreciate you. Nick on overnights has been a fantastic help. I've visited dozens of PF clubs at night and his customer service far exceeds any other experiences I've had at PF. I'd definitely recommend the club to friends and family based on my experiences. Thanks again GP PF team!

Nick is an amazing front desk agent , friendly with everyone and greets me at the door. His energy puts me in good spirits. Won’t be the same if he’s gone, the other guest seem to love him as well !
