Unfriendly staff. Nick was very unprofessional in canceling my membership as he blatenly refused to do it. Their staff has no idea what the benefits of a black card membership has for benefits and only do what is in their "verbal policies." Beware of this gym. Go to a different one and if you must, stay away from getting the black card as you will not be able to bring guests of your choice. Also there is only 1 abdominal machine on the main floor. Definitely need 1 or 2 more.

I can't believe how great and welcomed I've been feeling when Nick helps us out. Thank you for having him in the team. I don't feel judged by physical or looks. He is by far the one with the best customer service in the Gym. Thank you Nick!!

I've been to other planet fitness in the DFW none of them compare to Plant fitness Grand Prarie..Soon as you walk you're greeted by staff. From the workout floor to the locker room bathroom it's always clean. The atmosphere is definitely different and the two story and indoor track is a plus. S/O to Nick for always having a positive vibe and making sure everyone is good!

Nick is the best! Knew me before I even knew him… my new home gym just cause of him! Original store at trail lake acted like I didn’t exist. Like I was just another body. Nice to come in and be acknowledged.

Mr. Nick. Is it a respectable young man he treat his clients w/ respect also, for the standard operating procedures for employees work for the fitness well-rounded, knowledge of of the facility also, ask him any questions about working out he will answer your question. Very knowledgeable. Brother Nick keep the good work up.

Nick N. Has by far the best customer service!!Im a black card member & I've been to several gyms, & I honestly love coming here because of him. He makes sure the floor is spotless, & restrooms stocked up. & Such a great hype man!!!!!!!

Have never been a fan of planet fitness up until I discovered this location. For me it’s all around perfect! From being clean all the way to the exemplary customer service that is provided by Nick ! This is definitely a planet fitness you want to attend!

I’ve been to many planet fitness and this location is by far my favorite. Everything is always clean and in place. Nick does a great job at not only taking care of the place but also all the guest. He always says hi when I walk and and makes sure everything went well before I left!

Planet Fitness GP does an outstanding job of making sure they put the customers needs ahead of their own. The past few days we have experienced inclement weather in Grand Prairie and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the gym was still open! As an Operations Manager for over 25+ years it was sure nice to see that there are still associates willing to come in and risk their own safety to make customer happy. Special thanks to Geo and Juan who were at the front desk with a positive attitude when I came in. I would like to think that Planet Fitness values employees like this that go the extra mile!
