It was good today. Staff was helpful at getting my guest checked in and dressing room was clean. Although they could use papertowels in there to wipe down the lockers and benches at our convenience.

Everything was great and my only issue is that my phone faub couldn't link up to the entry service and they do not have a scale to weigh yourself so that you can create a few goals. Other than than that, a great facility. The sales person also waived my 1st month because my guest membership from Gold's gym was just paid. Thanks Planet fitness!!

I've been going to this location for quite some time but put my account on hold during part of Covid. Then payments started back up after the hold period. Then all the sudden I owe a bunch of late fees on months that I have proof that they drafted. No manager was on duty to help the situation and the lady at the desk didn't have a clue. She couldn't even tell me where these fees originated. They have a real problem with managing payments that they control because they draft your account. Just be aware of payment issues with this location.Update: After receiving an email from the local management that all erroneous past due charges would be removed, now you've charged them to my card on file. This is so unacceptable! Do you really run your business like this? I'd like the owner to reach out to me.

This gym is normally very clean but not on the 16 and 17th of this month. My wife said the women restroom where they disposed of feminine use items in the stalls , weren't empty for at least two days. They smell and were very unsanitary !

01/05/20210 STARSI've been a Planet Fitness member of Cedar Hill for as long as it's been open and over the past 6 months I've seen a high turn over and the gym looks like trash. I go to work out early in the morning at 430am or 5am and there is NEVER any napkins or spray to clean up behind our self's the floors have al kinds of trash mud dirt. Their are also other gym members who approach everyone asking if they need a trainer for a small fee, whom by the way they are not even FIT them selves, these so call trainers go into the gym and take up space/machine's with there duffel big bags, weights water jugs. I feel like these trainers think that they are the ONLY people working out in the gym. It got so bad that I stopped going the whole month of December.Management/staff needs to step up their game.08/18/2021 @ 9:58*****5 STARSince the New PF has opened Cedar Hill is not that packed or dirty and the NEW STAFF (4-8am Monday - Friday ) is GREAT!!! The new guy is on top of his Game and is very helpful although I miss the old guys the new guy is great and does a great job! Cedar Hill is Stepping up it's game and I likes it!!! Keep up the GREAT job!

They only give one coin for the chair massage. I've been to OF all over the country and they give at least two coins and as many as you want. The manager was rude when I asked for more. She said she didn't care when I explained most PF don't ration you to a one coin (5 minute) massage.The gym is usually hot. That's uncomfortable when working out.The staff usually is somewhat polite as long as you don't complain.The gym space is compact. The abdominal section is jam packed with equipment. There is no room to spread out. That area isn't socially distanced.

Been going to this one since it opened the staff is nice and it's cleaned than the Duncanville location. Wish they had more variety on machines. But they are cheap so it's not a big deal. Love the hydro massage. Lots of lockers and bathroom stalls

Facility is overall good. Equipment well taken care of and cleaned repeatedly which I appreciate. Staff is warm. However, the women's showers need cleaning. There was mold/mildew growing in the corners on the floor and on the inset for toiletries.

I visit this location 5-7 times a week. It’s clean...it’s closest to my house...besides an issue I had a while back where an employees put false notes about me on my account saying that I was irate because I asked for second Massage Chair coin, I haven’t had any issues. Most of the employees are cool and pretty helpful. I prefer this atmosphere (membership price and business hours) over the LA Fitness further up the freeway.... late nights/early mornings are my JAM! 💪🏾

I workout at different planet fitness locations all over the state of Texas. This was great location, the staff and other gym goers were very friendly. The machines and equipment was all functional and in great shape. Staffing was consistently on the floor cleaning and ensuring that cleaning spray and paper towels were fully stocked. The mens locker room and bathroom area was very clean. The showers water pressure was amazing and felt amazing after a workout. Its pretty evident the staff at this location takes pride in their job and the overall appearance of the whole gym shows it. Had a great workout, thank you for having me as a guest and keep up the great work.
