The bathrooms are always clean! The staff walks around pretty regularly to clean and fill sanitizing bottles. Staff is welcoming and greets you when you arrive and leave. In general, the main floor is clean and the machine are rarely out of order. Whenever I go, the guests are good about re-racking the weights and sharing the equipment. Very friendly and welcoming environment!

The facility practices social distancing and often disinfect their equipment. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Some of the staff can be very distracted, but once you have their attention, they're knowledgeable.

DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH CREDIT CARD OR BANK INFO!We've been emailing you since July 19th to cancel our membership. The asst. manager responded once offering a freeze, but we declined and asked to cancel. To our surprise, our bank account was charged in August after canceling. We have tried emailing countless times and calling but no one will contact us back. We disputed with our bank and provided them with our documentation revoking your authorization to continue to automatically charge our account. However, now, you have decided to email us saying we owe August and threaten to put on our credit report. THIS NEED TO BE FIXED BY YOU ASAP!

I like being able to come in to Planet Fitness and not feel judged or pressured. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the clealiness of the club, and the diversity of the guests. Planet Fitness is great for everyone -- from beginners to experts to people like me whom have been out of the gym for a while and want to start working on their fitness or health goals again.

When I originally signed up last year, I was told and read that I had a certain date to cancel the subscription before the service fee would be deducted for that year. Well a new year and I decided I didn't want/need the membership anymore. Well I was told that you have to sign up each year or else it will expire and you have to do everything over again. I didn't get any notification saying it was time to renew or it was a new year =new fee. But they definitely took that 42+ dollars out my account and when you call and go to the location they give an oh well you should've canceled in time, its non-refundabl b/s speech.... just horrible experience. Screw planet fitness.

The whole experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You don't have to wait for equipment. The coach sessions are well thought out and they coach where you are at in your process. There is truly no judgement and members are heard cheering one another on.

Very clean love the staff trying their best to a achieve social distancing bc signs are everywhere. Machines are spaced apart and air ventilation in the gym is good I wear my mask so does the staff so I feel ok to attend the gym.

The gym is CLEAN! The equipment is in great condition. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The trainer, Britney, has done a wonderful job establishing exercises and routines to begin working towards our goals. And there are two HUGE ceiling fans that create a breeze in the whole building.

PF is always immaculately kept. The machines are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. I love everything about the Cedar Hill PF. My friend and I think they need a lap pool though and maybe a basketball court.

I came in to this location two days ago and really enjoyed my tour. Today was my first day and with pandemic and all so I signed up online via the app. I went to the location to receive my key tag so that I could start my membership and that is when it took a turn for the absolute worst. I had Joshua the African American guy with locs who was working Friday June 26, 2020 night shift. Let’s just say you want to avoid him at all cost!!!! I stood in line about 7 minutes while the other rep help another customer. Since Joshua was obviously 🙄 scrolling social media I asked him if he could get me setup. To say that he was unhappy with me interrupting his social scroll is an understatement. So he eventually came over to get me signed up and was obviously unhappy I disturbed him so he mumbled off all of my terms and agreements I needed to sign and was even more unhappy that I asked if he could repeat certain agreements. I wanted used the aqua machine for about 45 minutes and it only stay on in 7 minute increments so each time I asked he rolled his little cute eyes in the back of his head.. Sigh, I really hate that Gold’s Gym closed down I do not like it here. However before I give up I’m going to give a different location a try and if that does not work out at least there is no commitment fee and I can just go to Fitness Connection.
