Amazing, when it's not elbow to elbow packed. However, that's what you get when your employees are outstanding. They equipment is up to date. It's always a good feeling when a short beautiful girl greets you and tells you have a great day. Besides that all the other employees are just as good. Keep up the good work. Also, you should invest in some shades on your window so your members don't get blinded by the beautiful Colorado sunrise

It's a great gym and all, and the staff is super nice. But if you have to close due to weather, I feel I should get a notification of that before they close, not after. And the notification said they closed at 1, not 12. And I got the notification after 12. And many other people showed up and were told we're closed, we all have the Vasa app, we need to be notified before you close. Still, great service. One of the staff helped my squat form while showing me the place. 4/5 more parking

Every time I drove by the gym it always looked so busy which is why I was a little skeptical of joining. I have a few friends that workout here and decided to give it a shot. After 3 days I got used to the busyness and appreciated how nice the staff was, the girls are great and friendly! Jessica was very encouraging and Ariel was super great and efficient at getting me enrolled! The gym can be a very intimidating place and it truly helps when staff makes you feel comfortable!

The two stars are really just for the staff and the steam room. This place was always packed full of people and you can never get on a machine, I understand that's not the gyms fault, but it's just a fun fact and really unfortunate if you're paying for a workout you'll never fully get. Another reason for the low review is my fiance and I had moved out of state which resulted in us canceling our membership. We were members for almost two years and we both had to pay a $70 cancellation fee even though we were told that after 6 months, the cancellation fee was free. I even found a review talking about the fees and the owner replying saying that there was no cancellation fee after 6 months. So tell me, if it was free to cancel, why did we have to pay $70 to cancel?

They recently let the very best instructor they had go which was very disappointing. The functional fitness area is way too small with wasted “Team Training” space. As an older member, not many classes are older age friendly. Several …

Super clean & all the trainers and employees are friendly, nice & enthusiastic! I go workout at 5am everyday before school and I always get a welcoming smile in the morning. They have so much to choose from and many classes. Highly recommend Vasa!

Vasa fitness is a great place to workout! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! As are all of the instructors of the classes that I have taken. Even though the gym has its busy hours like any other gym from 5:30-8:30, it still has …

New member but very pleased so far. Childcare is clean and my kids are happy. Class selection is very good. Would recommend.4 starts for pushing app instead of allowing key tags. I hate bringing my phone in to the gym.

Becoming a common occurrence that the person that is suppose to open in the mornings doesn't show or doesn't have keys to open the door. Training staff is rude and pushy. The restricted area and team rooms are a waste of space, team room isn't in use often but the trainers insist on trying to put on classes in the general workout areas instead of their dedicated areas. Machines are starting to fall apart and doesn't seem like there is any sort of maintenance on them and becoming filthy due to wipes not being available. I have also been given some run around on billing, was told about a month after I signed up I had 12 person trainer sessions this wasn't something I signed up for, I was told it was part of the team training. When I wanted to cancel I was told I couldn't and had to wait 6 months and the staff at the location couldn't help me with cancel, feel they can sign me up they should be able to help me cancel.

This is not a very good place to go to. No one has gym etiquette here. People take your weights while you're working out with them & then act like you did something wrong when you say something nicely! Even had a staff member not on shift, on personal time, do this! Always messed up in childcare & had late charges even though we were never late. Only good thing is they took off the charges. Tried for months at this gym & it never got better only worse! Always packed as well! Wouldn't go back even if it was free! I'd give negative stars if I could! Also my husband got horrible athletes foot from here! People harass you when you're using a piece of equipment they want to use & you're not getting off when want you to. If the equipment is in use, use something else till it's open. This is basic gym etiquette! Horrible place!
