Gold's Gym Brassfield

Great gym, does get crowded but I don't mind but there has been broken equipment in there since I've started the gym 3 months ago and it's still broken, and the pools been closed for so long I didn't even know there was a pool

I’ve been going to this gym for about 7 months now and it is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too. The staff members are incredibly nice! Especially Violeta Martinez! The equipment is great as well.

Decided to cancel my membership today for two reasons. Certain staff can be unprofessional and the equipment is very worn or gets stolen then not replaced.The woman with pink hair and one eye said she might not cancel my membership because I signed the cancellation form in green ink... from a pen that was on her desk. Also beware, they make you cancel 30 days in advance or they will charge you for another month. Kind of a crooked practice in my opinion and is pretty much a fee for canceling.Also, certain equipment tends to disappear or become damaged over time without being replaced. For example the staff has warped and ruined almost all of the basketballs by over inflating them - yet they’ve never been replaced over the 7 months I’ve been a member of this gym. Other examples are the worn out cable attachments and faulty water fountains.

i have worked out at several gyms. this one by far is the best fit for me. it's very comfortable all the guest are very respectful of other and their processes. kaitlyn is always their to greet you with a smile to kick off you work out!!!

I’ve been there on several occasions as a guest. They have the best staff. The girl with pink hair, Violeta, and McKenzie make you feel safe and at home. The place looks great and clean 10/10 would recommend to friends and family .

The staff very friendly. Always willing to help when asked. The front desk people always sets the tone when entering the building and that has always been great if there was a downside it would be gym cleanliness. Too often I find dusting corners on equipment

Very disappointed with this gym, tonight as i was at the gym working out around 7 when the gym was packed, someone cut my lock off my locker and stole nearly 1,500.00 dollars out of my bag. Talked to the people up front and said oh its happened before and that i shouldn't ever put anything in the lockers, even though i had a lock on it..i asked can you check your cameras and was told even after all the break ins on lockers that they still never fixed the lockers...like what a good way to help protect your customers in your gym. If this happens often then maybe fix the dang cameras!!!!!

Very great place ! Violeta at the front desk always helps feel very welcomed and is always willing to help with any problems. The only thing that it’s missing to get those five stars is the equipment can be a little worn and the inside might need some renovation but the community itself is what makes the gym a great place! The staff has always helped me when I needed it and continues to help me through my process!

Gold's Gym Brassfield is a Great place to workout, whenever I come to this gym, it's clean and the people working here are very nice and knowledgeable. Whenever I'm in this area, I come here for a workout. Their equipment is always clean and working.

I absolutely love this location! The staff is very friendly and Kenya is always very helpful and remembers my name when I come in. The gym is always so clean and the trainers are awesome as well! I had an issue with my account one month and Alan was very helpful and made sure to get It taken care for me right away. I wouldn’t want to go to any other gym!
