They lie and tell you they are open 24 hours a day, in order to get you to join. But then they close at six on Sunday and just a about every holiday.

The gym is very well equipped. Lap pool, basketball court, spin room, cardiovascular room, and all the weights and machines you need.

One of the best gyms I have been, staff and trainers are extremely helpful. Gym is averagely equipped and clean.

Do not go here! It's overcrowded. I tried to cancel my membership, and they are not willing to work with me at all. They said I will continued to be billed until the year membership is up. I'll never go back or tell anyone to go here.

Lots of machines, clean, friendly people, but rush hours are ass. Things have gotten better lately with workers actually doing their job but trainers are all in for the money and most don't care about your actual fitness or health goals which is a total let down.

I feel as if the staff at the particular golds gym are all great. Except for this one guy that works at night i think his name isJoe. White, bald, takes his job as power more than anything. Me and my friends and cousins come in there to play basketball and my little cousin is 15 and has a membership and bcuz the gym on randleman gave him a membership where he has to check in in randleman first to renew every month, he had to wait near the entrance or pay $15 athat day jus to go in when he already has a pass. Hes very rude and needs to calm down on members wen they pay monthly
