Good gym, reasonable prices but a lot of staff turnover. They have a great bootcamp on the weekends. Personal training isn't that great anymore now that all the best trainers have left (all women unfortunately)

Clean gym, not too much floor space would probably avoid during peak hours but still not too bad, 24/7 always a + good selection of equipment no niche machines but everything you need for 99% of fitness and strength goals good price recommend to anyone interested in joining a gym the "basic" plan starts at 15 or so a month.

Several weeks ago, I felt as if I had hit a plateau in my fitness journey and spoke to Mr. Benjamin about it. He detailed where he saw areas that needed improvement and hooked me up with Ms. Mary - Lou as my trainer. Let me say that I do not have enough or the adequate words for what Ms. Mary - Lou has done for me in the weeks since then! Ms. Mary - Lou is always on top of her game when it comes to training me! She has taken me from hitting a brick wall in my fitness journey to looking better than I have all of my life! She is always professional, attentive, and accommodating to my needs, wants, and desires as it relates to my fitness journey. I don't know where Workout Anytime found her, but they have found a true gem in Ms. Mary - Lou!

Love this gym. Equipment is great. It’s clean and they have a good music selection. Owner is awesome! I finally enjoy workout out.

It's a decent gym for the price. I never had any problems until I decided to cancel my membership. I filled out the cancellation form on Memorial Day, but they're still charging my account in August. The front desk didn't have an explanation for why I'm still being charged and said the manager would take care of it. It's a decent gym until you decide to cancel your membership and go somewhere else.**UPDATE**The manager finally canceled my membership and refunded my money from the past two months.

I love this Gym, they are very friendly and call me by name. The Sprint class is wouderful, the bookcamp is incredible
