it's the worst gym since my mother made me, it's unbelievably bad

I usually don’t leave reviews but because of my experience, I have too. This is the NASTIEST gym I have ever been too, I’m talking disgusting, and I been to a lot of gyms all over the country and this is by far the worst. I had to disinfect everything after leaving this gym. It’s also hard to find free weights because none of them are racked back up! I tried to go multiple times but nothing changed. Won’t be starting a membership here.

I've been advocating for more small dumbbells all year long to the management on site, and to the company via written communication. It's about to be September, and this very busy club still has just ONE pair of 15-lb dumbbells and NO 12.5-lb dumbbells on site. Other clubs have multiple pairs of each. It's pretty obvious at this point that 24 Fitness doesn't care that so many at club 055 can't complete their workouts every day because of the absence of smaller weights. Additionally, many of the weight machines are still there from opening day in 2006, as the club won't replace them. A very sad state of affairs.Update, Sept. 9, 2023:It's the ninth month of the year, and no changes have been made to this gym. Last night I found the only pair of 15lb dumbbells in the entire place in the hands of a friend. He gave them to me when he was finished. Then during the course of four short sets, three different people walked up to me to ask when I'd be done with them. Irritating for me, and stressful for everyone else looking for these weights. It's obvious that 24 Hour Fitness corporate doesn't work out much themselves. And probably someone from there will get on here after I post this and make another generic, worthless statement about how they're going to do better. But nothing ever changes here, and what a waste of potential with a great floor space, and SpaceX down the street to provide members. Existing members have started to go to other gyms. And what 24 Hour corporate doesn't seem to understand is that keeping even one gym in a state like this one is in makes the company look bad. Finally, this gym has not had a general manager all summer long, and sometimes there's only one person on duty at a time. Maybe they are going to shut it down eventually.

The equipment is ok, a few new machines are being added in from time to time... 2 new racks were added downstairs, that's a big plus. The main issue is cleanliness, the facility needs a deep cleaning, especially in the showers/toilets. I always use my toilet at home before visiting this gym... Sauna is good, actually better than the other local 24hr gyms. Another downside is that the gym closes at 11pm, wish it was actually 24hrs like the name implies.

What happened to having a clean gym? All of the cardio equipment is disgusting. This tells your members that you do not care for their health and safety. And being short-staffed is no excuse. We pay our dues and maintenance fees, and still have to workout on equipment like this.

Been to a few gyms in the area and holy cow this gym is just not up to standards. First of all their equipment is very outdated even planet has newer machines. Second everything is dirty like crazy. Machines are dusty, rusty, and sweat all over them. I’ve been coming for a month now and the way people sweat on the cardio machines and don’t clean up after themselves is disgusting. There’s need to be a big sign somewhere to tell people to clean their sweat off. It’s not okay for guys and women to leave their trail of sweat and not even wipe it off. I’ve seen puddles of sweat come off people in the treadmills on the floor. I’ve seen people running and their sweat jumping on the person next to them, disgusting. All the machines have dried up sweat stains on them.

Please fix your hack squat and smith machine machine. They are rusty I have been complaining about if for weeks and still nothing. They need oil or something so that there is less friction. I’m coming here hoping that it gets fixed because complaining to staff has done nothing.

I don't understand people complaining. Yes some machines are used, worn out, a lot of people come to gym which makes availability of machines less, but it's a wonderful place with wonderful prices. I got the premium pass so i can attend everywhere and take my guests with me. Paid yearly 311 which is about 26 bucks per month. And there is jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam room... Are you guys kidding me? That's not even a dollar per day if you attend every day. Wonderful place, 10/10 pricing, but gave 4 stars because this particular location is not 24 hours

Dirty equipment and locker rooms. It smells terrible in the girls locker room. Always busy and overall just dirty
