I went in to see how I can cancel my subscription, and the "manager" assisting me was a mess. He totally lacked professionalism. He had me wait while he walked someone outside giving them daps and hugs, then while he was supposed to be helping me he kept asking a girl sitting next to him for her instagram handle. Then as I was talking he kept interrupting and speaking over me. I wish I got his name, but he was a short, skinny dude with a lot of tattoos.

Gym isn't far but I only go if it's someone else's idea. I went in today and was told I owe $19 and some change, I asked for what and the guy said it looks like I changed my membership and paid for only two weeks. I asked does it say I signed for any of that cus I didn't, he says no so I can go ahead in and come back after 11 so they a manager can figure it out. A few weeks ago they cancelled my membership even though it shows that I paid, then told me it was some mistake and they'd fix. I guess charging me phantom charges is the fix!? Outside of the staff clearly not being trained properly, the gym is never clean.Cancelling membership and going elsewhere, I don't want to deal with it anymore.

24hour on 120th is in a predominantly black and brown community. The facility is not handled with care like the other facilities. I go because it's close to my home. Manhattan, Torrance and Santa Monica never has broken, smelly, or nasty equipment. It's sad and not acceptable. I'm going to see to these issues and make sure corporate is heavily involved. We pay for all amenities.

Great service. Everyone there is very nice , both the staff and the customers. The manager Terrance is great! If you need to talk to about membership try to get Terrance. Would get better score but the steam room and jacuzzi are out of service. Hopefully back working soon.

Front desk is awesome but the bathrooms are not clean! Especially the showers, the tile has mold and the vents in the ceiling have to much debris on them it has fur. Please keep the same level of sanitation up inside the bathrooms as you do in the gym. I have called the front desk and talked to management about this and little has happened.I will add photos of this issue later if needed.Thank you

I’ve never really had an issues here however this place is filthy . Women’s toilets are always clogged, tissue all over the gym, rust on the machines or machines don’t work at all. God forbid there’s an emergency because there’s so cell service and they don’t even have WiFi . They should shut the place down an renovate

I got this to gym just to workout with a friend. It was too packed. There is not enough machines for everyone. Found my self standing around for a long time to get access to one. I tried different time and so forward no luck.Maybe it's okay if you don't lift. Plenty of cardio machines but if you do plan on lifting then look elsewhere. Only have 1 power rack and 1 squat rack.

This gym is at best ok. You’ll be able to get a workout in no doubt but the weight are always disorganized, sometimes missing ! Restrooms are dirty. The members that come here are always hogging the machines.But again you’ll still be able to get your workout in.

My cell phone was stolen from right out my gym bag. When I was in the shower. In March of 2019 I was Surprise because it was 7 o'clock in the morning. The gym was empty. And it was an old lady who stole it. I know because she was there the whole week. Walking around the locker Room doing nothing but looking and talking to people.

I can honestly say this is the worst gym I have EVER had the misfortune of working out at. Here is a list of reasons to not go:-Other members do not care about re-racking weights and staff does not take any action.-Members constantly slam and throw weights, staff takes no action.-Other members do not wipe sweat off of machines after use, staff takes no action.-Men’s locker room is disgusting, always covered in puddles of water, dirt and grime is everywhere.-Out of shape personal trainers-Equipment is constantly found broken, usually something new every week, takes several months to get fixed if at all.-Music is awfulDo yourself a favor and do not purchase a membership here, literally ANYWHERE else is better than here.
