24 Hour Fitness

It's so great finally get back to the gym! Personally, I more afraid to get diabetes than coronovirus.

5:20 am and the gym still closed many people waiting outside until the staff who works here decide to wake up from bed to come and open the doors

24 hour Fitness did a poor reopening. They were supposed to reopen on March 11 @ 5 am and they had members waiting out from and never showed upVery Disappointed .

Loved the 7pm Zumba class with Paula! Good pace and energetic instructor. Fun atmosphere. Will definitely return.

As always excellent workout facility. Staff was cool,cleaning up area frequently. And the best thing is all machines are available.

Honestly im very disappointed with this location. Everything is older and or don't work. It's hard to find a treadmill that works. Just the other day i almost fell from a machine and hurt myself. people can break their legs on those. I hope you don't want to get sued?We pay a lot of money for this , so manager fix it!!

New postWell I’m removing stars cause they lack complete an utter custom service knowledge. August of last year we asked about freezing our accounts. Because we would be out of the area for a while. The front desk said to come in so we did. They said they would freeze it till December. If we wanted to keep our account going we would just need to call an reactive it free of charge. If we didn’t it would cancel itself. So we let it cancel itself....bulls@?! They continue to charge us for months. It took weeks to get a refund for some of it. Now they claim we only wanted to cancel one. Why would we only cancel one if we both moved away!!!!!!! We called corporate an it’s based out of Mexico! They basically said there’s nothing we can do. We will never go back to a 24hr gym again. We called are bank an reported the charges as we canceled this back in Dec an they continue to charge us. This location told us other wise. This location set us up for failure this location lacks basic understanding. This location failed us.Old post -I’m giving it a 3. Staff have always been nice and to a degree helpful. When I mean to a degree as in they are quick to help but do not always have the skills or training to deliver the right answers. I will blame management on this and not the staff. Nor should Managment take it out on the staff. You are only as good as the team you lead and support.My biggest issue is the damn humidity. For all that is good in the world. Turn on the A/C, put in better fans, open a window, dooooooo something. There is no fresh/cold air. I have w/o at various times. Every time it’s stuff and gross. I literally only go here cause it’s close by.I don’t mind the broken weights. What I do mind is the squeaky machines that people use. All I can hear is the machine as they run or use the elliptical. What ever one is broke. It’s annoying.They also really need to put more of those black matts down in the locker rooms. Ive slipped and I’ve seen other slip. There not hard to pick up every two weeks an clean. I see the cleaning lady working hardcore, but some people just leave messes for everyone else to deal with.An I know this can’t be changed but...nothing is more uncomfortable then all the old guys or men who just sit outside the steam room/sauna an just watch people swim (cough women) and walk to get into the hot tube. I’ve had guys playing a game an I’ve been hit in the head with their water bottles. Staff needs to kind of walk in here ever so often to make sure swimmers are safe.Overall not a bad gym. I’ve seen worse, but this place could offer more if they would just turn on the A/C.

Very bad customer service

The worst experience on gyms ever... got lie about the terms and conditions, after I finish my contract they keep charging me month to month and when I call they say I didn’t ask for cancelation of it... totally a disgrace from this gym.... I don’t have my refund ... not recommending this gym to anyone

There used to be a professional trainer there by the name Carlos B. I haven’t seen him in a while, I should have written this review long before; he’s good staff, very patient, polite guy. Cared a lot about his clients. He pushed us to never give up and to go beyond our goals. Thanks man. This rating is for your service.
