It's ok, I only hope they would upgrade their cardio machines like the other 24hr fitness centers, don't know how it works but alot of monthly fees get paid for some outdated equipment for a 1//3 to 1/2 of their treadmills/stair masters buttons dont work, and treadmills wont raise up/down or stuck in that position, but mostly their treadmills, maybe they should invest in some new updated equipment, just say'n, but overall the place is ok and adequate.

Please don’t come ever to this place so dirty machine all old and broke. I believe they don’t sweep the floor in the whole week.Gym in America this much dirty never expected

They took down a lot of paper towels dispensers and spray bottles … there were only 2 spray bottles in the entire facility and sometimes it’s broken. It’s ridiculous. Overheard Someone saying the manager is doing this to cut costs… you cannot sacrifice sanitary supplies to cut costs.

I like this gym because it’s close to my home and for the most part not crowded in the mornings. One thing I would REALLY recommend is maybe installing bigger fans for in the summers, because it gets really hot in there.

Very old worn out equipment. Would not recommend going during weekday mornings unless you want to wait for machines and weights the whole time. It’s just too small to get in a full workout when it’s busy.

So I decided to do personal training. I signed up with Jose in March. He said it would cost $198 for 4 sessions I said I could handle that. I hurt my arm after doing 1 session so I said can I freeze my other 3 sessions. He said Oh it's ok you have up to 6 months to use it. So I found out I have been getting charged $198 every month for 3 months. I called Matt the manager he said there's nothing he could do to call my bank and dispute the charges so that's what I did. I would never sign up for a monthly charge of $198 a month. I can't afford that. My muscles are a little week due to having breast cancer treatments last year. I told the trainer that but I tried to still do the workout he was showing me. It was still a bit to much. I've been doing physical therapy since then..I'm so upset with both Jose and Matt at the Hayward gym.
