This place is trash . I asked the staff at the front desk to talk to the kids that were not even using the bench for more than a beach chair . The lazy guy with the man bun told me he take care of it and did nothing but stand around . The locker room smells like a zoo .

At Serene and Eastern: Charged me $29.99 and increased my membership by $2 for downgrading membership. These charges were never explained to me prior to upgrading. The front desk just said initial the pad and you’re all set for the massage chair (therapy room) upgrade. When you come back a few months later and downgrade, they say you will be charged a fee and you’re membership will go up.

Everytime I come in Sandor always greets me and when I have a question about a machine or a workout he takes time to explain. Makes my stressful day so much better. Always such a pleasant experience when he is on duty!

I love EOS I've been going for years and there are 2 locations that feel like home to me.The workers are pretty dope and all around the gym is clean.

This is a sewage storage facility pretending to be a gym. It smells so horrific in here that we’re going to try LVAC. You’re assaulted with the stench of sewage instantly and it’s has spread now throughout the entire facility. The equipment here is always broken and the bathrooms look like a construction zone. There are better gyms out there, folks!

dont believe the misleading photos and fake reviews lolnot trying to be mean but the management and staff just don't care to clean the mens locker room.it's not just one time it's always foul and filthy I've been a eos member for about a year now.the entire gym from the front door is dusty and looks abandoned.the stench of that bathroom when you you enter the lockeroom omg smells like old wet bodily fluidsnot exaggerating lolmost of the showers start to over flow after about 5, 10 minsjust disrespectful to the brand and customers.the one on st rose is not very far away and is a completely different worldI think the higher ups should definitely send some one to inspect the facilityagain I'm not trying to be mean thers just no reason for that kind of neglect it just comes down to work ethicGo to the one on st rose that one is better

Gyms nice, bathrooms are clean but oh my God- it's always so busy! 2 or 3 people waiting for a machine when it's at it's busiest. Can barely walk around there are so many people. I want to love this gym because I love a lot of their machines but I can't even workout half the time due to the crowd.

If you want to get on machines and get a bench with ease, this is the place. It’s older and more run down. But it’s better than going to St. Rose and you’re workout is continuously interrupted because you’re waiting for equipment to free up.

Helpful and nice staff! The fitness manager Scott Berstler is really helpful, nice, and makes you feel valued and cared for as a member. The personal Stephen is really awesome as well! Glad I'm working with him to reach my fitness goals!

Convenient location, excellent trainer, Jan who has now worked with 3 of my kids each who have very different fitness goals. Always available cardio equipment. Clean with friendly staff.
